This is a typical mid-range hotel, located a bit away from expo, relatively near airports. Typical Ibis. Managers are polite and friendly. Rooms are OK. I had bad luck ... there was mould near the window:(

This hotel is a bit out of the way (even from the Eurexpo) so plan on a cab or Uber to get around. About 10 to 15 Euro cab ride to Eurexpo centre. Hotel is quite adequate and does come with a free breakfast (continental) . One small area to hang clothes in the rooms-not really enough for a business traveler. Windows open which was good as the heating seemed to kick in around 2am. This happened in my room and my traveling companions room as well. However the staff more than make up for any shortcomings the hotel itself may have. They are super friendly and so helpful-we would have struggled with a lot of things if it were not for the staff.

During my travel in France, I had a disaster experience with BRT hotel Bordeaux Airport, a lesson that cost me $90; (I have a review posted about our experience). Friends were staying at B&B HOTEL Lyon Eurexpo Bron and recommended we stay at same place. I booked a room still hesitant because I did not know much about the chain, and I did not want similar experience to BRIT. I walked in with my phone camera turned on to record any incident that may arise. I was totally taken back by the reception area: clean and makes you feel comfortable. The staff had a friendly genuine smile and enquired about our trip, and he informed us that though we arrived early they have a room ready for us. The room was clean the bed comfortable, bathroom well laid out. Upon asking we got extra towels and pillows in a Jiffy. Hotel has ample of free parking. Highly recommended place

Much to my disappointment, my work booked are stay for two weeks. One particular night staff member took a very disliking to us. when working long hours, you want a nice wee quiet drink at the end of the day. This man tried every dirty trick too “trying to kick us out”. But when a bunch of French people are drinking in your beer garden, not one thing I said to them. I think his customer service skills need a massive improvement. Seriously, no one recommend this B&B.

Dear Stephen, Allow me to respond to your comment. Everyone has the right to have a drink on the terrace but on the other hand, it must be done discreetly so as not to disturb the customers. My colleague intervened in this sense. I still want to point out to you that I had to inform your management of the state of the rooms which were in a terrible state without any respect for the cleaning service :waste on the floor, excrement in the bed, blood in the sheets and on the cushions.. The hotel is fine. The rooms are comfortable but not up to the standards of many Ibis that I have stayed in. The breakfast was good as was the dinner for the one night that we stayed in. Parking is free.

The fact that this hotel is conveniently placed close to a bus route and not too from another makes it a very good one, if forced further out of town due to prices/lack of availability as I was.

Perfect room, a little traffic noise. Excellent buffet breakfast. The staff are wonderful. A nice little bar ideal for a night cap. Handy bus routes right outside the door. C9 €2 straight into Lyon. Definitely worth a stay.

This small hotel is great for an overnight stay if you are on your way to the French Riviera! It is small but clean and the rooms are very comfy... and the price is unbeatable! WiFi is also very good and you have some shopping malls in the area, if needed.

Positive: wireless internet is free and works well, airconditoned room. Pizzarestaurant in the mall nearby. Negative: not easy to find, restaurant closed for renovation, but most disappointing was the breakfast: there was nobody, we were there just with another family and after a little waiting we just started with the buffet. It was the 21st of the month and the date on all yoghurtcups was: untill 21-08, for me over the date. The marmelade was in open jars with a spoon, no individual packing. If you want to walk to the mall nearby you have to cross a highway several times. Towels with spots in the bathroom.
