If you want somewhere just to lay your head then this is fine. The rooms are basic and have shared toilet and shower facilities. Towels are provided but take toiletries. The hosts are lovely however, though they have little English they make you feel very welcome indeed. There is a large locked room for skis/boards and you can leave luggage...

This is a basic bed & breakfast. IF you can live with that, you will be fine. Stayed for 4 nights in March. Our room was large, clean comfortable and warm, which is all I ask from a basic ski hotel. Yes, the bathroom was at the end of the corridor, yes the shower had no wall attachment, but is...

The main reason for choosing this hotel was that it was cheap and central. It's rooms are not en suite with a seperate toilet and bathroom a sprint down the corridor. Breakfast could easily be better. Really good central(ish) position.

A very cheap stay with unreliable shared shower access (had to listen out for when it wasn't being used and jump in as soon as free) but it was all we needed for a super cheap end of season ski break. The Madame is so very welcoming and the homemade jam and cake at breakfast is superb! French required for...

I wasn't expecting too much from this place but when we were greeted with the warm hospitality from the owner, we knew we had picked the right place. Our room was warm and had a sink in it which came in handy when were thirsty in the middle of the night. The toilet and showers are shared but this was...

Great budget place to stay!! Very clean and lovely fresh homemade jams with fresh bread and fruit for breakfast. We had to share a shower on each floor which was not a problem at all never had to wait and always hot water. The only problem would be the lock on the front door it is very difficult, especially after...

Ski holiday with me and my wife for a week. Excellent position about 500m from both pleney and super morzine lifts close to town centre. Is really quirky- decorations and fittings are from the 50s - typical French decor - but absolutely spotlessly clean and cared for! 8 rooms in total Run by Madam who lives downstairs- speaks only a...

Stayed at this pension for 3 nights with a mate and paid 230 euros in total. Plus points , cheap price, property very central and clean and tidy. The bed was also good Points others might prefer, the property doesn't have an en suite so you have to share toilet and bathroom with other couples. The bedding was sheets and...

Lovely simple French welcome. No problems, booked online. Simple French breakfast. Room small, adequate, but no more. Would stay again if skiing as need something basic and central, but only sleeping there, so fine. Shared facilities were no problem.

If you're looking at budget b&b for a ski or snowboard holiday in Morzine or the Portes Du Soleil area, then look no further than the Bois Vallon. The host was friendly, the room and all ameneties were clean and tidy and the bed very comfortable. The shared bathroom is a little dated, and could do with a hook on...
