Situated just over the bridge from the centre of Morzine the hotel is a good base a stay in Porte du Soleil. We had a twin and a triple room, staying BB. Quiet location, with just a little road noise. Breakfast was OK. Lovely fresh croissants, eggs for boiling, fresh bread and cereals and small selection of cheese & ham....

great location. Although when you arrive you feel you're right of town you just walk across the bridge opposite the hotel and you're in the centre of moraine and at the avoriaz gondola. regular ski buses also stop outside. As we were end of season the hotel was very quiet and they were not offering the half board option. We...

A warm welcome with a family run feel makes this a pleasant place to stay. For skiing the short trip across the bridge to the lifts makes this an ideal location. The facilities are modern, comfortable and clean. This is a good value hotel for a small group and I would, despite some difficulties in choice of eating in or...

We booked two rooms as all the family rooms had already been taken. The rooms are nice and spacious and ours was at the front of the hotel so had a lovely mountain view. The hotel has a recently added indoor pool, sauna and hot tub for use after a days skiing. My only critasisum with the hot tub is...

* Location: Hotel location is superb as its very close to the pedestrian footbridge (2 min walk in ski / snowboard gear) then once you cross the bridge, directly at the end is the super morzine morzine ski lift which (amongst other lifts you have to get), will take you up to Avoriaz. * Hotel itself: check in was a...

Dear Sir Many thanks for your review. It's important for us tro know how to improve your stay in our chalet. We are disappointed that you don't tell us that you had prefered a meat well done. We would have cooked it more with pleasure. In other case for others holidays anywhere, feel free to ask what you prefer to...

Stayed here from 9th-12th Jan for a skiing trip. The hotel is a family run hotel and the owners are really friendly. The hotel was spotlessly clean, beds were comfortable, rooms were nice and warm and breakfast was superb, I cannot fault anything about this hotel and would definately stay here again.

Great location on the sunny side of the valley. Short walk to suspension foot bridge (about 100m) which takes you to centre of town and directly to Super-Morzine lift. Easy access to aquacentre and other sports via steps just 50m up the road. Spacious room with balcony over looking ski lift and mountains. Comfy beds. Very clean. Lovely staff. Great...

The Alpina is a friendly, comfortable hotel with good food and a welcoming pool and hot-tub with a wonderful all-weather panoramic roof. My 11 year old son and I stayed here on an activity holiday and really enjoyed our accommodation: It's really central, just a stroll across the picturesque suspension bridge to all the shops, restaurants and lifts and close...

Nice, cosy 'ski-chalet' style hotel with traditional wooden rooms. Our bedroom with en-suite was a good size with a balcony overlooking the main piste in Morzine. It was very comfortable and was cleaned every day. The food was fantastic!! We were all extremely full by the end of every night! Even had to skip the cheese course a few nights!...
