Hotels is located about 7 minutes (800m) walk to the nearest ski lift. Hotel itself is placed by the main arrival road to the town where cars are going fast so not so ideal. Hotel has a outdoor tub but it is not that modern. Pool is not in use and not clean. Rooms are a standard 2* but design...

Had fantastic skiing in Morzine which always helps shine a light on the accommodation :) The staff were really friendly - all very young and working their seasons but unfortunately there seemed to be no management or training. We were asked to take an uneaten tomato from a friends plate because they had run out!?? We were given a breakfast...

My first ski holiday with my partner who has been skiing since he was tiny. Hotel was friendly and cheerful. We chatted with different people every night at dinner. There was a night the Pleney lift got stuck and the staff saved our dinners for us. Friendly and short walk from town and the ski lifts/bus. Liked the hot tub...

Basic but comfortable. Food fine for the cost. Staff friendly and helpful. Biggest downside for me was the location. 10 mins uphill at the end of the day. I would use it again for another short break. Longer, would look for something a little higher standard.

Stayed here with my father for a last minute short ski break. The accommodation wasn't anything fancy but for the price we paid and the type of holiday we were expecting, we were very pleased. The rooms were clean and perfectly adequate and the staff were extremely friendly and great to chat with. I would recommend to anyone who wants...

The hotel is very tired and in need of a major re-fit. The stair carpet was absolutely filthy. The bedroom was poor with no proper wardrobe, no hooks, only one socket to plug in any charger or hair dryer etc. The bathroom was foul. Far worse than any student accommodation. The basin was chipped, the was nowhere to put anything...

The hotel bar and dining room looked fine on arrival and we were made welcome by the manager, however, things went downhill from then on.. The stair carpet was filthy and there was an awful damp smell on the corridor. Our room was a good size and had a good view and was warm, but, we had a Dirty bathroom...

We stayed here early this year... the hotel was very basic, but pleasant enough. The staff fell over us to make us welcome and offered us warm drinks as soon as we had been to our rooms. It was our faults that we had been somehow looking at the wrong hotel on line, so we wouldn't of maybe picked somewhere...

We traveled from Luton to Geneva on an early flight. We were met at the airport by Alpine Elements reps who directed us to a coach for the short transfer, about one hour fifteen mins. to Morzine On arrival at the Renardiere where we received a friendly welcome and a hot drink. All questions were answered, where to get lift...

The food was great (especially the breakfast) and the activities were amazin. Some of the activities we did were Canyoning, White water rafting and many more. The kids club was great too. However the service took a while. There was even a hot tub and pool. The views were mind boggling.
