My partner and I decided to hire Chalet Gourmet as it was the perfect location and setting for our wedding guests and us to stay for the week. Our hosts Richard, Fiona and Ollie were extremely welcoming and accommodating to all of our guests needs, and nothing was too much trouble from the delivery of fresh bread and croissants in...

We have stayed twice now at Gourmet Ski and feel it only fair I share this little gem of a family business. Firstly, how the lovely owners have furnished/decorated it so beautifully. Then there's the little details that I really appreciate; the comfy beds, the beautiful linen, the thick towels, good quality bathroom products etc. A major selling point for...

It is not often that you can write a truly glowing report of a holiday, there is always something that can dampen the whole experience. Well on this occasion this is not the case. This is the first time to Gourmet Ski and will not be the last (I am in the process of rebooking for next year already). We...

Our group of 4 spent 4 excellent days, skiing around Morzine/Avoriaz and staying in Chalet du Chene. The chalet is brand new with a boutique feel and very comfortable but what really made our visit a success was the fantastic team that pampered us, Nikolai and Melinda, wonderful chef and host. Fiona and Richard have devised a great formula for...

Many thanks for your lovely review, we are delighted you enjoyed your stay with us, our service and our new chalet. We have commissioned our interior designer to find some new pieces of furniture to improve the storage in the rooms and are looking for pieces to go with the rooms (we are not going to be shopping in Ikea!)...

I have just returned from a wonderful 4 night stay at Chalet du Chene in Morzine. The chalet is beautiful and felt like a home from home during our stay. Chalet du Chene is new for this season and only welcomed its first guests during Christmas 2014 and it is clear that the property has been designed with a focus...

We booked this fairly last minute, and were lucky to get a cancellation. We had set ourselves low expectations of going away in the school holidays (the first time we've gone in the holidays) and thought getting a nice chalet with good food would make up for any other down sides of queues, unhappy kids with french speaking instructors and...

Our group of 15 has just returned from spending half term at Chalet Gourmet in Montriond. The chalet itself has been beautifully restored and provides a very classy environment in which to recharge after a hard days skiing. The bedrooms are well appointed, the beds are incredibly comfortable with wonderfully thick duvets and plenty of pillows. The showers and baths...

Just returned from a great half term week at GourmetSki's new chalet Du Chene in Morzine. Our party comprised 3 families with a total of 6 children.
