We were made to feel really welcome by Gillian and John. The cottage we rented, Honey Cottage was well equipped, nicely furnished and exactly what we needed for a week. The walk into Staunton (with the White Horse Inn as a fave) was lovely through the woods. Newland is also close by. A final mention for Tess the dog who...

We stayed with John and Gillian for 2 nights whilst we were down in Gloucestershire for a friend's wedding at Clearwell Castle. What an absolutely lovely couple! We arrived late on the Friday night due to a long journey and they were more than accommodating, staying up later to welcome us and recommended a fantastic pub to have a late...

Right from the second we arrived John & Gillian couldn't do enough for us, such a lovely couple. Their Barn conversion B&B is simply stunning, immaculately presented and cleanliness is second to none. Comfortable beds, good showers and personal touches throughout. Tea or coffee brought to your room before you're even out of bed, then down to breakfast where the...

Just spent an amazing 4 nights at this lovely B&B in a wonderful part of the country. Our hosts John & Gillian have it 'just right' - beautiful well kept rooms, delicious breakfasts and lovely home made cream teas. Such a tranquil peaceful place. It's the only place to stay if visiting the area. Sue & Stuart

Jillian and John are so warm and welcoming they made us feel right at home. The property is five star and the breakfast included in the price was freshly made to order (John bakes fresh bread and Jillian makes homemade granola -delicious) all very filling. Highly recommend this place to stay. I hope to visit again soon.
