We stayed here for one night only as night 2 of walking the Dales Way. I booked 3 rooms and they were all very comfortable with everything we needed. The rooms are in a converted building at the entrance to a well kept, quiet camp-site. The views from our rooms were spectacular. Breakfast was provided in the owners house and...

Thank you so much for a lovely stay in Unit 1 of your B&B barn accommodation. The view was absolutely gorgeous and we could have spent hours with a drink enjoying it. If we win the lottery we will book in for a weekend every month. Lovely hosts, excellent breakfast and great facilities/extras in the room.

We stayed at Howgill lodge for 4 nights on bank holiday weekend. It is part of a lovely quiet site that has tents/tourers and 4 caravans. The B&B is in a very quiet area with fantastic views. The family room was spacious, comfortable and had everything you could want. Loved the fact there was a bath and not just a...

I stayed here as a hiker in a solo backpacking tent. I like to go minimal and fast. The price for 6 nights was fantastic. The site is superbly laid out with terraces that are easily accessible. These also act as windbreaks. The numerous toilet and shower blocks around the site are very clean, with pot washing facilities and washing...

Probably one of our favourite places to tow our caravan to. Been going a number of years and superbly run by Tony and Fiona. Always spotless. If you want quiet and peace with outstanding views, this is the place to go. Superb walking area within easy reach of typical Yorkshire towns and villages. Colin and Molly Hoyle

We have just spend 7 nights here in early Aug 16. This is a lovely site with great views from all pitches. Caravan Pitches are pretty level with only 4 or 5 to a terrace. The owners and staff are extremely friendly (even the chickens and ducks) and the reception/shop stocks essentials as well as fresh eggs, bacon etc. WIFI...
