My boyfriend and I stayed, overnight, at the Riverside Guest House at the beginning of Summer and we loved every second of it. Ron and Gillian were funny, friendly and beyond accommodating of our last minute request to stay, with 2 (well-behaved) dogs. Nestled in a wonderful valley, when staying in the Riverside Guest House you are lucky to have...

I stayed at Riverside with my family from 24th May 2013 to 28th May 2013. There were 9 of us. The B+B rooms were great - large, clean and comfortable - and the motorhome places and facilities were good. We all enjoyed home-cooked vegetarian breakfasts. Our hosts were welcoming and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I hope...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Riverside House is a handsome Victorian house formerly home to the Quarry master set in tranquil riverside gardens in the historic village of Abergynolwyn. The village nestles in the romantic Talyllyn valley and is ideally situated for a relaxing break or as a base for touring the Snowdonia mountains and coastline of mid and North Wales. There are three very spacious bedrooms to accommodate guests, one with ensuite facilities and all with views of the surrounding hills. The house has many traditional features with fine slate floors and is a place of peace and history. We pride ourselves on offering our guests fine country food using the best of local produce wherever possible and can accommodate most dietary requirements. A warm welsh welcome away from the madding crowd.............Croeso. ... more   less
