Most of the staff here are excellent but one or two were quite rude a few times and that made us feel uncomfortable. Visiting here with 2 year old and partner, given family room which is very spacious with good facilities. However the beds are not suitable for a 2 year old - age was requested at time of booking...

Despite the lack of picturesque surroundings this hotel is a hidden, obviously under advertised and known about gem. Foyer to rival any of the best hotels i have stayed in across uk and europe. Genuinely friendly, involved and helpful reception staff. Dining room and bar staff enthusiastic, friendly and professional.

We visited on the last weekend in November for a couples/friends getaway and to do a bit of Shopping. On arrival the receptionist was very pleasant - we arrived late in the day about 9pm and there was no problem at all with that. Overall we found the hotel to be lacking in atmosphere and in real need of a...

Stayed for 1 night on 29th November. Very quiet in hotel , so huge amount of parking spaces only small group of 6 guys in bar that night. Limited Lager on tap, no Heineken or Budweiser only carlsberg. Good cooked breakfast served promptly. No in room safes and smallish TV in room. Room and bathroom nice and clean.

We visited this hotel on the 27th of Nov 2016 for 1 night. We had booked through booking.com and upon arrival it was clear that our booking was messed up. The staff were not 1 but helpful and extremely ignorant. We ended up having to book another room in the hotel that ended up costing another €100. We were appalled...

Thank you for your review and your complimentary comments on our food and cleanliness, however the shortcomings regarding your booking were entirely your own fault.....You booked for the 11th December and arrived on 27th November your mistake not the hotels or booking.com. We accommodated you and transferred your non-refundable prepayment from the 11th December to the new booking as a...

Stayed in this hotel and what a difference a year makes. I stayed before and was reluctant to stay again, but so glad I did. It was great value, great staff and much cleaner than when I stayed last year. The place looks abandoned, but it's definitely in going well and doing a great job. Much cheaper than other hotels...

Comfortable hotel at a reasonable price, with a great breakfast. Slightly out of town but don't let that put you off it's easy to get a taxi out. Rooms are modern and fresh but the doors and key system are very dated. Overall good value for money and I've stayed multiple times.

Stayed here for one night on Saturday 12th . The hotel is about 6 min drive from town or 4 pound in taxi . Upon check you have to use a bank card rather than cash . We had some issues with this but the girl sorted it out for us at check in . Nice friendly staff at reception...
