Where to begin. Booked online based on reasonable price and good photos. On arrival after a difficult job parking meters by a friendly receptionist who showed us to room. As walked through door met by a wardrobe with door wedged open and so out of line it messed with your mind. Once in room clear it had been furnished on...

Stayed here for 1 night while down on business. Central location and first impressions good. However when you look more close, the attention to detail is poor. Sticking door, damaged worktop, marks, cracks etc. Room was good size and a little bit of TLC could make it really nice. Breakfast not served till 8, so not ideal for business and...

First of all I would like to say that the owners of this hotel couldn't have been more welcoming or friendly. There were signs in the window advertising for staff and indeed, they did seem to need someone else as they were doing everything themselves. The room we had on the top floor was a 3 bedroom suite although we...

This accommodation is nothing like the brochure. Our room was dirty, the previous occupiers food was still in the fridge but the worst thing of all was the dirty sheets and pillow cases. When we complained the bedding was changed and the fridge was emptied, On a positive note the location is central.

Central location good, run by a lovely couple who are very obliging and helpful. Unfortunately this is a shabby place - fur coat no knickers - it looks OK in the photos but the rooms are draughty, noisy and not that pleasant. Breakfast is served late (8am start is the very earliest you can get), my bathroom was grotty (crumbling...

Located in the centre of Skipton, the staff in this hotel were pleasant and helpful. However the room was unfinished with poor electrical sockets etc. The three bedroom suite is not to be recommended for children as the stairs in the central room are very steep and completely unprotected. Parking and unloading was difficult too particularly as the front door was...

Stayed here with a few friends for a weekend get away. We were pleasantly surprised after other reviews. It is in a good location for accessing Skipton on foot. We had a 3 bedroom suite which can sleep up to 6 (2 doubles and 1 twin) but there were just 4 of us and think it would feel a bit...

We thought the staff were friendly, our room was great and the breakfast service very good. It's right in the centre of Skipton . There is a bar on underneath the hotel which is small but quite unique and did get very busy. There is the associated noise with late night drinkers but that can't be helped. Overall we'd give...

very pleased with the location, a couple of minutes walk from the busy town of skipton, a bit of a shame the hotel does not have its own parking, so if you are staying for a while its worth dropping off your luggage before parking. the hotel in itself was clean and pleasant. on our arrival we were met with...
