This B&B is atop the hill in the lovely town of Skipton. The hostess greeted us by asking if we wanted a cuppa after our trek up the hill. The house is old, and beautifully remodelled on the inside. During a full English breakfast our host and hostess talked to us about their many travels. They were very interested in...

This great little b&b is situated in a beautiful location down a private road and the owners are very happy to share their knowledge and experience of the dales. We had a very large bedroom and private bathroom and the breakfast was all we could hope for with local ingredients. Not too far from the town centre, 5-10min walk, with...

We just spent last weekend at this lovely B&B, the service was outstanding from start to finish. We had tea and a lovely home made cake on arrival, the hosts couldn't do enough, they recommended places to eat and even booked us in! Breakfast was extensive and cooked perfectly. The rooms were fabulous with everything you needed, a home from...

We were walking The Dale Highway and this B&B was ideally placed as it was near the trail. Also ideally placed for getting food nearby. The accommodation was quiet and very pleasant. The view of the castle was a bonus. Breakfast was good quality.

We stayed at Wood Grove B&B for 5-nights at the beginning of July as we had a family wedding nearby. For the first night my Mum and her partner had the second room but after they had left to stay in a cottage for a week, we had the entire wing to ourselves. This is usual if just one room...

Spent a night here a few weekends ago - really lovely stay. Comfy, elegant rooms, which feel private - but also felt very warmly welcomed by Pete and Linda, with lots of good tips for where to go walking (and where to get a pint after! The Narrow Boat and the Beer Engine, fyi). The house is in a gorgeous...

There isn't anything to fault here. Central to the castle, high street and restaurants whilst being in a rural setting on the edge of the woods. Stunning views onto the river with back drop of the castle walls behind and straight into the woods for a nice walk. Thanks for accommodating us, would definitely recommend.

Recently stayed here for 2 nights and would be more than happy to do so again. Pete and Linda are very hospitable and it's lovely to sit there with them in the morning having breakfast. The rooms are lovely and spacious, clean and warm. The property can be found down a private road which means it is nice and quiet...

Within a hop, skip and jump into Skipton along the canal and great view of the castle up above. Cosy rooms and lovely friendly breakfasts. Linda and Pete had great recommendations for places to eat. Can't wait to come back.
