All of the hotel staff, and in particular Georgina (she knows everything!), Adele & Leah had excellent customer care skills, with nothing being too much trouble. The room was clean and spacious with a lovely bathroom, and the meals were absolutely superb, with excellent presentation/quick service. The only slight downside was that our room (No 6) was very noisy, facing the busy High Street, with constant traffic - if we stayed there again, we would ask for a quieter room, at the rear. We couldn't work out where the wardrobe was, until reception told us that we had to push the mirror to gain access! Perhaps some signage needed? All in all, a very good stay.

Unfortunately we were somewhat underwhelmed by our room and the hotel. It is very tired and certainly needs attention to detail. Holes in net curtains, black mould in the shower grouting and ceiling. Dirty leather chair. Upon checkout we were also charged double for everything we had consumed during our stay and the result from the member of staff was “ I’ve managed to bring down your bill”?? Disappointed overall especially as we were celebrating our 25th Wedding anniversary.

A return visit, initially we were given a noisy room but this was soon rectified with no issue. Excellent room with great bathroom and nice and spacious. Food was very good and staff very helpful. Parking is easy and secure.

We booked 4 rooms. All reasonable and clean. During our 3 night stay we asked many times for clean towels and toiletries, unfortunately none were provided. Very over priced for the service offered. The breakfast service was generally ok and the quality of the food good. Beware lots of stairs, if you are not physically able you will really struggle. No offers of help from anyone

Fine, but not great. Did the job, but wouldn't rush to stay there again. No WiFi in our room (Laugharne), no vege full Welsh breakfast option. Nothing really worth complaining about though, and the room was nice and spacious.
