Very good value for money. Clean rooms and great breakfast. Accommodation is over a pub so it was noisey. If I wasn't on a tight budget I probably wouldn't stay at Belfast house. If your after chilling and relaxing this is not the venue. Your on busy road which adds to the noise.

The hotel was oversubscribed due to a wedding and therefore only had one room available, whereas we had booked two. They tried to solve it by calling a nearby hotel and paying the difference but the other hotel only had one room available which meant one of us had to stay at Belfast Hotel but because of the hotel it...

The Belfast House is very clean, the staff are very friendly and the breakfast sets you up for the day. There is a live music night on Saturday and some people may be put off by this - the staff closed 2 sets of doors separating the pub from the B&B and I didn't hear a thing. Value for money?...

Stayed with a group, got the x2 rooms above the bar (as we were going to be out all night anyways). The rooms looked to be recently refurbished. Very tidy and clean rooms with biscuits and coffee at hand. The room was big, the bed was comfy and we had a great sleep with no noise as you would expect...

Just back from the Belfast House. Second time we have stayed here. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. Everything about the Belfast house is fantastic. The room was brilliant, the staff are so friendly and helpful .JJ and Paddy from the bar remembered us from last March. Sally's breakfast is the best in Belfast, worthy of a 5 star establishment. Can't wait...

My husband and I stayed here on the 28th October for one night after a wedding outside cookstown. It's a lovely place to go to. Rooms are big and the beds are so so comfortable. Breakfast next morning was great. It wasn't a massive breakfast which was good. The pub that is attached to the bed and breakfast was really...

My wife and I arrived to Cookstown after a lengthy day of traveling we were sure what to expect from the Belfast House but must admit it was absolutely perfect. The place was clean and spacious and inexpensive. The breakfast was also really wonderful. Would definitely recommend this place.

I stayed here for 5 nights from 18th to 23rd September. The room was brilliant, very large, modern decor and a really comfy bed. The room was better than some 4 star hotels that I have stayed in. Breakfast was good, full irish and served very quickly. The bar has a really authentic, cosy feel to it. Jay Jay and...

Thank you for the review, so happy you were pleased with everything. And hopefully with the new windows going in the noise from the traffic should be minimal for future guests. We appreciate you taking the time to review us and hope to see you again.

Made welcome from the time we arrived until the time we left by everyone (customers in the bar included!). Rooms very comfortable and newly refurbished, breakfast excellent. Only downside is traffic a little noisy as it is located on a busy road but good earplugs should sort that problem out. Staff willing to go the 'extra mile' as I left...
