The hotel was recommended to me by a colleague who had stayed here before, as has stayed since... it did not disappoint. From the moment I arrived I was made to feel welcome, like I was part of the family. The rooms were well maintained and clean, the room I had [212] was lovely and quiet, the food was fresh and tasty... what more could you want. All staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be going back.

Lovely hotel with a boutique feel, room a good size, nice large flat screen tv, powerful shower with a bath. Friendly staff especially the receptionist nothing to much trouble for her. Fab breakfast included in price and I have to say probably one of the best breakfasts I have had in a hotel..would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for accommodation in cookstown.

I was at a wedding yesterday 2nd June and have to say the service was exceptional. I have intolerances and have never been dealt as well as it was last night, served my courses on their own before anyone else at my table and when it comes to dessert I’m used to getting very little or nothing but it was incredible even coming with dairy free ice cream. I wasn’t expecting to have anything at the buffet during the late evening but when we were all told to come in for food I was let know that there was food for me too which I was pleasantly surprised about as I’m not used to this. Can truely say I will return as the service and how my intolerances were dealt with were amongst the best I’ve ever had.

Myself mother and two children attended for lunch. The menu is the same as they use for evening food . They charge approx £11-13 for a main with no sides. A burger with sides is approx £16. This now explains why it was so quiet just another couple eating, we also heard them complain about the price. We also waited over 30 minutes for our food. Over priced and poor service. There is more reasonably priced venues in Cookstown for lunch. Try Royal Hotel more variety and better priced.

Have returned from a weekend stay at the hotel during the lockdown period. The hotel felt very clean and safe, abiding to the protocol. The hotel manager could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The room was very comfortable, again very clean and modern. Would recommend a stay here. A lovely place, thanks for a lovely stay!

Had a carvery in the hotel for a group of 19. Unfortunately I forgot to mention at the time of booking that we needed disabled access and the Carvery was upstairs. However this was no issue for the staff and they promptly sorted a table for us downstairs and nothing was too much trouble. The staff are beyond helpful and pleasant and the food was beautiful. Couldn’t recommend enough and this hotel will be top of our list when booking for any further family occasions, Highly recommend

I recently was at the Greenvale hotel for a party on 25/06/22. The food was excellent and the staff was ever so helpful. In particular mark was so polite and helpful, all the family was praising his work throughout the night. I would highly recommend

What a terrific hotel this is. From the moment we got to the hotel we had a late breakfast which was not a problem to prepare even though breakfast had finished. Accommodation was very clean and well serviced. Quality of the food at breakfast and at the wddding was exceptional. The owner Michael could not do enough for everyone and this was reflected by all his team - thank you.

Fantastic service, great food and very welcoming staff. 100%, I will not use another hotel in the area again. I arrived late, got in easily, got some dinner and a beer, place was busy with people eating n drinking. My suitcase burst, a member of staff took me into town early to get a new one! Says it all. Thanks
