This guesthouse is clean and tidy for an old building. Was warm and comfortable although a bit overpriced but the breakfast was good so that made up for the cost. Don't think we would stay again as was a bit noisey from other guests coming in at 2 in the morning. Lock to our room wasn't secure so was glad... More

Stayed there for one night in lovely room for 4 with en-suite bathroom incl hot tub. Nicely decorated and comfortable beds. Nice lounge on first floor. Full Irish Breakfast included. Friendly staff. The guesthouse front rooms oversee the Portrush bay including white cliffs and all the way to the great causeway.

Stayed here do the Saturday morning park run. Perfectly ok guest house, Clean, nice en-suite, comfortable bed,10 minutes walk from train station. Only downside for me was being woken at 2.30am by other guests returning from a night out - which could happen anywhere. View from rooms at back, is what you would expect. If you want the magnificent sea view... More

Me and my family stayed here for a night and thought the outside and reception looked unappealing which put me off at first however we were very surprised at the large and spotless family size bedroom which was very impressive. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is fairly simple. However we were impressed with the sea view also quality... More

My family and I recently stayed in Clarmont, it was a beautiful room, spotless clean and the staff were very kind and friendly. The breakfast was more than what we could expect, it was so tasty and set us up for the day. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Lovely room, very pleasant, helpful staff, especially for last minute booking. Beautiful sea view. Bedding was clean, room could hold 4 to 5 comfortably. There was also a separate sitting/common room which was spacious. Would definitely come back.
