We received a warm welcome and tea and biscuits on arrival. Room was very clean, not spacious but of adequate size. Blankets on the beds not quilts. A very good choice of breakfasts which we ordered the night before. Beautiful gardens. Plenty of self-service tea, coffee and other drinks provided on a landing. Very convenient for the ferry from Magilligan...

Strategically located on the SeaCoast Road with easy access to Limavady and Magilligan Point this is an exceptional B & B. Only stayed here for 2 days as two couples to visit family and sites in the area but the pristine layout and immediate environment made our stay extremely pleasant along with the great hospitality offered by Patricia and her...

During my 3-week trip around Ireland I stayed in 14 B&Bs and this was definitely one of the best. This is a true gem and the owners have imbued the house and its rooms with a wonderful character. I wish I could have stayed longer than one night as I thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous, with...

We were greeted by the lovely and hospitable Patricia who showed us to our room and then kindly drove us to Drenagh Estate where we were attending a wedding! A lovely touch that no hotel would offer! The room was spotlessly clean, there was an...

My wife stayed at Ballycarton House14 years ago and when we decided to see our Irish family, there was only one place to head for. This was my first visit and I found it faultless. Firstly, we were greeted by Patricia when we arrived for our 4 night stay and she showed us to our rooms, and even though it...

The house itself is amazing, seating in a lovely setting. The rooms and facilities were excellent, and the host, Patricia, delightful and quite friendly. We only stayed for one night, but definitely felt like spending more time there.
