We had one lunch and two evening meals and two breakfasts which were all spot on, served perfectly and good value - TOP GRUB. Will go back...

This was our second visit to the Walnut Tree and we were not disappointed in the standard of accommodation. The rooms are large with comfy beds and lots of little extras that make a stay more enjoyable, e.g. Different types of tea, tissues, a digital clock, ironing board and iron. The bathroom is well set out with a good shower...

Where to start? The room was fantastic, a great size and an incredibly comfy bed. Massive bath with plenty of room, power shower, clean and tidy and very secure from the rest of the pub - couldn't have asked for any more. The food was also fantastic. The dinner was reasonably priced and very tasty. The breakfast was even better,...

We usually come over from Warminster for the Sunday Carvery, cannot grumble in the slightest and always leave feeling for-filled! its always busy which is a good sign and a few weeks back we tried breakfast there.......we were 10 minutes late than the breakfast serve time but still they served us which was a nice touch, always tell my friends...

Fresh, clean rooms made this a good stop on the way down to Cornwall. Comfy bed and good shower. Good food - tasty, good pub food with a range of daily specials as well. Warm welcome and would recommend The Walnut Tree.
