The staff were amazing even with our 3 young children, food absolutely brilliant and good prices, lovely little pub definitely recommend we had to drive out the way but was definitely worth it and will be visiting next time we're down this way even if we have to take...

Thanks for your kind comments. Lots of people stay with us prior to a Center Parcs visit, and we're always pleased when they've enjoyed their time with us. We look forward to welcoming you next time you're passing, and hope your visit to Center Parcs was an enjoyable one.

We stayed at the Walnut Tree Inn on the 20th December. We had been attending a wedding at nearby Stourhead. The staff were very helpful and let us collect our keys early so we would not be having to check in late at night. The room was ideal with a sofa bed for the kids to sleep on. Nice bathroom...

On Sat 27/12, I was one of a family group of about 36 who booked lunch for 12.30, with individual meals chosen days earlier. Due to severe traffic problems on the A303,folk coming from London and from West of Exeter were still arriving after 2.00; the last by 2.15.This appeared to be no problem for the friendly staff and when...

My boyfriend and I stayed at the walnut tree inn for a one night rest after exploring Longleat safari and Light festival and I cannot fault it in anyway. Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly staff who helped make us feel right at home! The owner let us know she had reserved us a table for dinner if we...

We stayed two nights in November, and had a great time. Beautifully decorated and spotless room with everything we could need; a real home from home. The food in the bar was excellent, we ate there both nights; a really great sharing plate of starters, with great steaks, burgers, ribs, kids meals and lovely deserts. Nothing was too much trouble...

We were booked into The Oak room for just one night. Room was tastefully decorated and well appointed with shower and bath. Very comfortable sleigh bed and a sofa to relax in. Food was excellent, service polite and efficient and good value for money. The Walnut Tree has a traditionional country pub feel which makes it very relaxed and enjoyable....

We stayed in one of the 'standard' rooms although it was decorated to a superb standard and was plenty spacious enough for the two of us. The only downside was that it was slightly chilly, but I do tend to feel the cold and it was early October so maybe they hadn't turned the heating on yet! The service we...

After our last two nights away being less than peaceful we booked the Walnut Tree with a bit of trepidation . However, as it was ideal as a base for our house hunting expedition, we decided to risk it. It turned out to be an good choice. The room was excellent and the bed very comfortable, (tip: always book direct...
