We always enjoy our time at Longleat. We have been enjoying a weekend break at Longleat at least once a year with our sons from when it opened and all the accommodation was brand new. Now we come with our sons and their families the accommodation is getting very tired (worn out!!) Villa 111 is in need of new roller...

Just returned from another good break, but we were left with one sour taste. If you are thinking of booking the magic show at the Pancake House please be aware. They are still advertising this evening as a help yourself buffet, which it has been in previous years. There used to be a wide selection of hot and cold foods...

We stayed a Monday to a Friday, and we have stayed here three other times, this time very disappointed, toilets in reception dirty and smell, villa run down and dated, lazy river runs slow! Beer prices overpriced (was informed by a member of staff the prices go up every financial year, two pints of cider nearly £12) The site just...

We had read the website and knew there was work happening on the pool and particularly in the toddler area but it was last updated in September 2016 so we had expected some improvement or further details. Unfortunately customer service staff we very dismissive and just said email head office after your break. In other words 'we aren't interested'. There...

We visited Centre Parcs Longleat over the Easter Break, 2 adults and 3 children (14, 12 and 7). This is our 2nd year and we have already booked up for next year. For us, it is difficult to find a break that works for the whole family. Of course, they would all like to go somewhere exotic and sunny, however...

My friends ahem attended centre parcs on 14 separate occassions and this was mine and my husbands first visit, I must say i was slightly disappointed. I think the pool and amenities are very good however our executive lodge was disappointing. As above I have highlighted some of the issues the shower head was fixed , but the lodge smelt,...

We have been advocates of Center Parcs for over twenty years and one of the first to visit Longleat when it opened. We have always loved our time there, but now I'm not sure I ever want to return. The place is overpriced and unloved. The villas need much more attention to detail. You couldn't open the bedroom door as...

What an amazing place to be! Spent amazing quality family time with our boys (7 and 1 1/2 ). Cycled everywhere. Enjoyed the outdoors and lots of activities to keep us busy. Quite pricey to eat out but accommodation provides great facilities for cooking and eating at the villa. Pre booking activities before you visit is essential if there are...

Cot broken no bolts and no response for three hours with a baby needing to sleep. Sauna required a reset so had to wait. Toilets dirty not cleaned from previous guests. No hot water or heating! Someone can out and reset it but no heating all night with two very small children. Standards are lower than previous visits and accommodation...

It's our 4th annual family trip to CP Longleat, we always go for the same villa. The public areas are all being refurbished, finally. This includes the very important pool: a new area, similar to the French centre Parcs, within the pool is being constructed with expected completion summer this year. I'm not sure if it's part of the reason,...
