Very nice house with an ample garden and a lovely common area. The room was comfortable and clean and nicely decorated with a huge and stylish bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. And the guest house is located right near the center of town. Rosie, the owner, is very friendly and helpful. An extremely lovely place at an affordable price.

After a long drive, the Villa is an unexpected haven of quiet, well-appointed luxury in a beautiful, quiet garden with an inviting pool. The photos simply don't do the house or the garden justice. Every detail is meticulous and delightful, and the service was excellent.

We stayed at Rosie's guesthouse and can echo the comments of the other reviews. Amazing value for money! Steytlerville is a hidden gem with huge potential of becoming the Prince Albert of the Eastern Cape. Watch this space...

This little Villa is a charming gem in the Karoo! We enjoyed our short stay very much - especially being able to cool off in the pool! The fan in the room was welcome, but aircon would have been even more welcome. Thanks for the hospitality!

Dear Amanda Thank you for your review and feedback. It means a lot to us. As the new owner, I have a lot of plans for the quest house, which include air conditioners for the rooms. So, hopefully when you visit us again in the near future, you'll be surprised by all the changes. Keep well. Rosie

Definitely one of the very top B&B's / guest houses in SA! It's AWESOME in every way! Luxurious; spacious; very tastefully furnished; outstanding breakfast; attention to detail in every sense of the word (even an "honesty bar" adding to the list of personal touches for guests' comfort)! Rosie (our hostess), besides being laid-back & extremely helpful & friendly, manages an...

We arrived unannounced on their doorstep, and the hostess, Rosie, went out of her way to make us comfortable and settle us into an impeccably run guest house. The generally well thought out amenities, supplies, and service are top notch. Gas heaters everywhere, spacious, high quality. The decor is eclectic and contributes to a feeling that one can relax and...

Great guest house in the Karoo. Met the new owner and she is very nice. Beautiful gardens and you can open all the glass doors in the sitting area to enjoy the day/night. Comfortable beds and very nice bedrooms. No hair dryer, but lots of nice touches. No owner on site. Loved it.
