As always when travelling in France, we wanted to stay at a Logis de France hotel so we decided on Le 100 Unique for a stop on our way south to Andorra. Parking: There is plenty of on street parking, the hotel itself does not have a car-park. Given that the hotel only has 6 bedrooms it's unlikely you'll ever...

Arrived soaking wet after a walk from Puivert on the Cathar Way. Lovely hot shower and clean room in which to relax and dry out. Dinner designed for walkers - lots of it! Hosts were friendly, especially when they realised we were from an area of the UK that they knew well.

On arriving it seemed difficult to engage with the chef/proprietor, who appeared to have to summon enormous effort to talk to us and show us our rooms. We were the only people staying that night, and we ate in a very cold dining room,...

We have stayed in the hotel several times and have got to know the proprietors well. The service is efficient and friendly . The rooms are clean and well equipped. The chef/ proprietor is superb and uses seasonal produce a lot of which is grown on the plateau. If you want a clean and cheerful hotel with a excellent evening...
