Spent 3 nights with family. Very spacious and well designed villas. Nestled in the greens with great views all around. Well behaved and co-operative staff. Nice pool and activities area. Food in the restaurant is also very good (advise to eat inhouse and not try restaurants in Vythri) with a decent spread of both veg and nonveg. We also visited Koppad beach which was a 2 hrs one way drive from this location. Sometimes there are unmanageable crowd in the property and a lot of people are allowed to stay in a villa. We faced this overcrowded situation for 2 days during our stay. A bit more cleanliness around in the activities area is needed. Please start the water fountain area, it would be a great experience for guests.

Pro's There are no complaints regarding the room and the party which was held it was enjoyable. Location is pretty good, and the climate was mild chill (Not as expected) as we came in December. Staffs behaviour was good except one incident. Ambience was nice. Coming to the cons or the disappointments we faced prior a day to new year was completely annoying. It was mentioned in the pamphlet placed in the room that the timing of the dinner was 8.30pm but as we had kids in our gang below 2years we went bit early to feed them in the dinning hall but they refused us to even pick the plate saying that they will start the buffet exactly at 8.30pm. Wifi strength should be strong. When it comes to food, dinner was good but breakfast could have been better. It would be good if we have kettle in each room as we booked 3bhk villa.
Since we came for new year celebrations cost of villa was high :(
