This hotel is perfect for an extra special family break. The Christmas decor, picturesque setting, excellent facilities and sumptuous food are faultless. Cosy drawing rooms are perfect for relaxing and bedrooms are spacious and immaculate. All topped off with friendly and extreme

This is a lovely hotel. The staff are brilliant. The best staff I have ever come across. The hotel lived up to our expectations but the staff far exceeded them. The whole team really seemed to enjoy working in the hotel and looking after the guests. I would recommend that other h

Sheen Falls Hotel is a nice hotel, but not a great hotel. It is a little over priced for what you get. We had the Afternoon Tea on one of our days there and it was lovely. Dinner was also very good. The waiter went to great detail to explain what was in each dish. Large bottle

Dear Emma, Thank you for choosing to stay at Sheen Falls Lodge and for taking the time to share your feedback. I regret to see you thought the hotel was a little overpriced and did not enjoy your breakfast with us. I feel your final comment is an unfair analysis of the hotel, and from our other reviews it is prevalent that we exceed most of our guests expectations, I am sorry this was not the case from your point of view. I am happy to see that you appreciated the knowledge and service of our restaurant and bar team and also enjoyed the food for both your afternoon tea and evening dinner service. We thank you for your custom. Warmest regards, Robbie O'Donoghue, Assistant Manager

Wht is an estate room like? Does it have king plus twin beds in one room or separate rooms?
Hi Siobhan, I'm not sure what an estate room is. I'm pretty sure we stayed in a Superior Deluxe which had a large room with king size bed and sitting area by the window, which looked out to the front of the property. Bathroom was very large with glass shower and separate bath. It was lovely!

Hi Ciaran, what is the difference between a Deluxe room and Superior Deluxe? When you compare them on the website, they look exactly the same.
Hi, the superior Deluxe Rooms are slightly larger and have the best views of the waterfalls.
