We had a large street level room (#103), which means that pedestrian walking on this busy street could walk through the 2 large windows. They also let in all the conversations and the light from the street lamps. Rooms on the back are smaller.

Yes to all car park is enclosed with rooms overlooking I am sure you could ask for a room Where you could see bikes The Garda station is directly across road. Sure nobody would steal a bike in Kenmare.
