Stayed here for a few nights, upon arriving (late) we thought the general atmosphere was fine as well as the welcome. Next morning we left to tour the area, returned later in the day to note the room was tidied. However the dirty cups, glasses were left there, the tea/coffee was not replenished. I approached the staff at the bar,...

They are doing everything right! Myself and 7 friends are just back from a great trip to Kenmare, and we couldn't find any hostels but found that Quadruple & Triple rooms in Coachman's were very affordable which suited us perfectly. Check-in was very easy, we arrived at about 3:30pm and met Siobhan who gave us our key cards and let...

This is the second time we have stayed here in the last 6 months. It is ideally located in Kenmere in the heart of where it all happens. We had a lovely room overlooking the Main Street. The breakfast in the morning wasn't included in the price of the room but was responsible priced at €7.50 each and is an...

I stayed in Ireland for 8 days and travelled quite a bit. This hotel had the biggest double room of all the hotels I stayed in. Most hotels in Ireland give you two twin beds in a double with hardly anything more. This hotel gave you two queen beds and a whole living room area with couch and flat screen...

I stayed here with a group of friends whilst planning part of my wedding. When we arrived we were promptly checked in and shown to our HUGE rooms! The rooms were absolutely immaculate, with extremely comfortable beds, very clean bathrooms with lots of room for storage. The hotel also boasts a lift which is handy when your bags are very...

My mother and I stayed at The Coachmans Townhouse for 4 nights in September and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room, #25, was quiet and very comfortable, surprising us with both the spaciousness and its two king beds. Because Mom was having problems with her knee, the lift (according to Siobhan, the only one in Kenmare!) was especially welcome. Despite...

Spent one night here and was a great night. We were a little apprehensive staying over a pub as thought it might be noisy but this was far from it! Beautiful big rooms which are set right back behind the pub that you could not hear any noise from the pub or the road outside. Kenmare itself is a lovely...

We recommend this place. It is clean, well appointed, tea and coffee in room. Well located in Kenmare. Free Parking. The restaurant is good a little over priced but food and service was good. The double bed was firm but comfortable. We were concerned about being on the main road it would be noisy but we had no problem sleeping.
