Anne and Patrick wee perfect hosts, the cottage was warm and inviting, and Ann was very attentive to our needs. We would love to return. The bed is very comfortable, wi-fi is great. We enjoyed the tour of the dairy.

I visited for all of July. The cottage was for 2/3 persons. On arrival after a long journey driving from Dublin on I must say a great road. There were enough provisions to make a cup of tea or coffee. The beds were a pleasure with crisp white sheets and plenty of pillows. The cottage was well equipped and the... More

We were very impressed with the quality of these cottages. Furnishings and finish were top notch and the prices were fantastic. The location is great for touring the three peninsulas: Beara, Ring of Kerry and Dingle and was well located for visiting the touristy town of Kenmare and Killarney National Park. During our visit we were able to watch the... More

We stayed for a week at this lovely cottage about 5 minutes out of Kenmare. It is attractively decorated, and equipped with everything you might need. Landlady Anne is the best -- she even brought homemade scones and jam on our last morning. Kenmare is the perfect base to explore County Kerry and West Cork, including the Ring of Kerry,... More

Anne and Patrick have provided a gem of a place to experience Irish life on a farm. It's very close to Kenmare, a holiday spot with lots to do. You will enjoy coming home after a day of sightseeing to relax in one of the cottages with Anne's over the top hospitality. Numerous authentic Irish Pubs line the main streets... More

My friend and I stayed at Doire Farm for a week, booked through Untours. They also take private bookings. The property was spotlessly clean, Ann, proprietress, was friendly and attentive. Chickens right out our front door gave us the freshest eggs I've ever had. The town of Kenmare, nearby, had some of the best food we ate in Ireland and... More

Spent 6 nights in Tom's Cottage and it was truly a home away from home! Quiet country location but still close enough to Kenmare & Killarney. Anne provided extra little touches that made you feel welcome. Looked forward each morning to visits from the two farm kitties...Smokey & Marmie. You will not be disappointed making Doire your holiday home.

Just came back from our holiday over Easter with our friends (H0lly72), who stayed in one of the other cottages. We spent a wonderful time in Ireland with the family and friends. The house we stayed in was fully equipped with everything, we didn't miss anything. After a couple of days in the house, it felt like being at home.... More

We stayed in Tom's Cottage for a week in April and had a great time. The cottage was spacious, even with 3 adults and 2 kids and it's lovely to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Very well equipped with everything you'd need to make yourself at home. The washing machine, highchair and travel cot were ideal when travelling with... More

Just came home from a week stay at Doire Farm holiday cottages, over Easter. We went with another family as well and rented two of the three cottages at the farm. Both cottages were fabulous - had everything a family needs from washing machine to store of toys and ride on tractors in the garden. Anne even sorted us a... More
