Really nicely decorated new hotel in the centre of the town, really near to everything and with a Supervalu right next door. Very clean and the bottle of water in the room on arrival was a nice touch.

It can get quite hot in the rooms and when the window is open the noise from the local funfair can be pretty loud and this goes on until nighttime. There seems to be an air con unit in the room but it wasnt working which was disappointing.
A fridge in the room would also be nice as there are no dining facilities in the hotel, so somewhere to keep milk/food chilled would be helpful.

Overall a nice place to stay and would recommend for a night or two. Shower was great. Everything perfectly clean and receptionist very friendly. Price quite expensive for a hotel that is room only but we booked quite late.

We stayed recently for two nights and very much enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, comfortable and modern. The location is fantastic - right in the centre of Daingean / Dingle, and only a two-minute walk to the sea. It was great to be able to park for free just outside the hotel. The Supervalu around the corner was great for water, snacks etc. The only downside was the lack of breakfast - while there are cafes, bakeries etc nearby, they don’t open until 9 or 10am so there’s little available first thing in the morning. Given that breakfast wasn’t available, the hotel felt a little expensive for what it was, but Dingle is a very popular destination.

Stayed for New Year’s Eve and what a stay! Beds were very comfortable and room was clean and tidy when we arrived. Located in a great area of town, short walk to pubs, attractions & restaurants. Car park directly across from accommodation. We had the quadruple room and it was lovely and spacious for 4 adults. Keys provided were lovely and tidy can fit into your handbag / purse if you loose keys / belongings often. Shower 10/10 and great facilities provided such as kettle, iron board, hair dryer, TV and tea / coffee. There wasn’t much sound from the street so your guaranteed a good night sleep. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This hotel is just that - a hotel. It had a comfortable bed and was very clean.
On the flip side, it has no ambience at all and we found it rather sterile. It depends on what you are looking for as to whether you will enjoy your stay here.
There is no breakfast offered and we knew that - so not really a problem. The grocery is just next door and you can acquire a lovely breakfast there.
Another plus is that there is great storage space to unpack and store things.

Location was absolutely perfect and right in the middle of Dingle town. All parking is free in Dingle and there was plenty of parking available right in front of the hotel. The staff is super friendly and polite.

Negatives: flat pillows, noise from footsteps above us (Big Foot up there?), lukewarm shower (super disappointing). These items can be corrected for the most part (if you request a room on the top floor) and it can be a lovely stay if you are looking for a hotel stay.

Deceptively big hotel on the inside. Rooms are comfortable and clean. WiFi is really good but it does have a tendency to drop out often. Couple of other issues with room though...sliding door to bathroom is totally ineffective! For all intents and purposes it may as well not be there, practically zero privacy from other occupants in room. Also there is no fan in the bathroom. Our whole family found the beds that uncomfortable that we cut our trip by a whole day so as not to spend another night on such terrible mattresses.
Location of hotel is excellent though it can be a challenge to get parked close by when town is busy.

We would always request that if you do have any issue at all while here that you bring this to our attention to allow us to rectify as best we can. Centrally located, excellent standard of accommodation.. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable, check in was easy.

Complimentary water, tea/coffee in rooms. Everywhere is within walking distance.. stayed 2 nights..

The only negative was the rooms do not have aircom, as it’s located on Main Street you will be woken by traffic if you opt to leave windows open .. however I’m saying all that loved the location, will ask for room facing other side next time.. Will be back.

Under remodeling. Nice size room. Comfortable beds. Extremely helpful staff. Our room was hot and the windows were difficult to open.
We recommend having luggage racks otherwise you are getting into your bags on the floor
We also recommend adding a small refrigerator.
The room was very clean.
If you want to open the windows, there is quite a lot of noise being right down town.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Central location and clean modern room. All staff were friendly and helpful so would definitely stay again. Although there was no breakfast it wasn't a problem as there is a Super Valu next door which sells freshly baked goods and there are also plenty of cafes in the area.

Modern vibe with perfect location in town. We stayed here to be within walking distance to all pubs and shops in town, so Base was a great choice. In May they are scheduled to open their own coffee lounge and 10 more bedrooms. Staff was helpful and friendly. Parking on the street or car park across the street was easy. Nice to have been close to walking down to the harbor which was so picturesque in the late afternoon light. Comfortable stay. We would book again for sure upon returning to Dingle which is such a fun town.

We arrived later to Dingle but the receptionist was super helpful in recommending where we could go out for some drinks. The room was really nice and comfortable and the location is perfect. I loved exploring this town and wish we had stayed longer!
