If you visit Ireland, Dingle is a must, and Pax Guest House is a "double must" place to stay. My wife and I stayed in mid October 2019 at this superb place. The room where we stay (Three Sisters); Pax's prime location (just 1 km away from Dingle downtown), the gorgeous view, the memorable breakfasts, the owner's (John) immense and sincere hospitality and professionalism, and Pax's great staff make of Pax one the best places I've ever stayed around the world. Hope to be back soon.

If you visit Dingle there is no other place you should stay! Pax Guest House was by far my favorite accommodation during my road trip in Ireland. John and his staff went above and beyond to care for myself and my two parents. The view from the property is breathtaking and serene, the rooms are lovely, nicely decorated, and comfortable, and the breakfasts were most delicious. I will definitely be returning to this beautiful place.

What a wonderful location and facility. The breakfasts there are unbelievable, the host is the most friendly and caring person, and the views are great. The feeling of the place is a great place to slow down. The rooms have comfortable beds, bathroom facilities are clean and modern, and the ambiance is so relaxed. We will definitely stay there next time we are in ireland. My only advice is book this place early, as it fills up...because it's so great.

Good afternoon Sunny M and greeting. We were so delighted to hear that you enjoyed your time at Pax House and it was indeed a pleasure having you stay. Your comment of the feeling of the place as one of slowing down, is a wonderful description to what a guest can expect to find here. Once again thanks so much for staying with us and for taking the time to pass on your lovely views to others. Best and warmest wishes. John. Slán

I had read great reviews of Pax House before deciding to book here and I was not disappointed. My daughter and I still talk about this accommodation as the best of our trip. The owner is so very friendly, the views are beautiful, the bedrooms are so comfortable as is the gorgeous lounge, and the breakfast is out of this world. It is worth every penny staying here. We really enjoyed our stay and heartily recommend it.

Good afternoon Cazzascorp and greetings from Dingle. It was so nice of you to take the time out to post your reviews of Pax House and we are delighted to know that both you and your Daughter enjoyed the views that Mother Nature has loaned us, where, no matter the weather, there is something special about the way the land and sea interplay with each other. While many guests come with the intention of finishing a book, sadly very few pages are ever turned as the power of the view outside keeps ones eyes been lifted from the page to outside. Once again thanks so much for staying with us at Pax House. Best and warmest wishes. John. Slán

Would anyone prefer the top of the House room or the terrace? We’re going in October.
Your best bet to help select the room that is right for you is to email the owner, John O’Farrell through the Pax House website with your dates. He helped me choose the first year I stayed with him. I’ve stayed there twice (in November). I don’t think you can go wrong with any room at Pax House. There are great views from the lounge for all guests and a terrace that is accessible from the lounge. But... if you have a sea view room, you could turn off your lights at night to see the view with no reflections in glass windows... If you want a terrace room, you may be visible while in your room (with the blinds open) to other guests walking on the lawn. But I’m not sure about that. It was always something I considered when selecting a room. For that reason, I myself would probably opt for the Top of the House room given the rooms you are considering.
