The B+B is located in the center of town close to everything.. I have stayed in a few places and this is by far the best lovely fresh breakfast and very welcoming.... I highly recommend.. Close to great Irish music bars and fine restaurants...

I would contact them and ask. I don't remember there being any ground floor room.
