There is little to add to the other rave reviews about this wonderful place to stay!
We arrived on a stormy evening, to be welcomed with a fire, candles and bucks fizz!
The whole place is immaculate. Brian, Helen and their staff are friendly and...More
We were lucky enough to have won a two night break in Castlewood House. We decided to hike some of the Dingle Way for the first two days of our holiday in Kerry and so arrived at the guest house a little muddy, tired and...More
We recently stayed one night, and loved our stay here. Beautiful and comfortable room, close to downtown Dingle, excellent staff, made to order breakfast. Would definitely recommend. The Dingle peninsula is a truly amazing place.
Lovely room, very well equipped, excellent bathroom. Brian and Helen are delightful hosts. On site parking and a easy walk to downtown. Free WiFi but slow Internet connection. This is the place to stay in Dingle.

Best to email Helen and Brian asap to discuss dates, I think Castlewood has 14 rooms some with double beds. There is free car parking in front and hotel is conveniently located 10 minute walk into town. Elevator in house but there are a few steps up to front door and inside foyer.
Dingle is a fun town for children and they are allowed in pubs to hear music. Murphy's ice Cream, Dingle Aquarium, pottery workshop, fishing in bay - see Fungi the wild dolphin, historic and tour attractions out west on Slea Head Drive, beautiful beaches for picnic lunch. Dingle Crystal workshop is awesome, owner Sean is master glass artist and rides very cool Harley Motorcycles.
Enjoy Dingle! Ellen
