I accidentally booked this hotel thinking it was in Ballina Australia, despite the no cancellation policy the staff allowed me to explain myself and gave me a refund. I was rather embarrassed but the staff at this hotel sorted it out quickly and didn't make me feel like a bigger fool than I already am! Thank you, if my family... More

Lift up to our great room , big comfey bed and spotless bathroom. Our view was of the river. Tv , kettle and milk and coffe , a seating area to chill out... More

Our 3 day break was a letdown from start to finish, when we arrived at reception one of the staff was determined that we lodged our credit card details after we had prepaid, after some banter were given a room key to make our way to the therd landing to our room which looked on to a main road with... Had the god fortune to stay at the Ballina Manor Hotel while visiting relative in that town. The hotel staff was pleasant and the meals served were very tastefully done. Make sure that you are there for breakfast

Called in with my hubby for lunch. Have been looking for somewhere different to bring family when they come to stay and I knew this spot was picturesque on the river bank. Waiters very friendly. Ordered 2 roast dinners. Small portion with only 1 small dish of veg between 2 of us. Would not have filled us. I ordered more... More

Staff polite, bed very comfortable. Room in overnight got warm though. Shower power was meek. Good value. Room dimly lit. Had a room with partial view of Moy River, nice to have a drink and watch the river pass by.

Me and my husband stayed here for one night as we were at a wedding in the area. It was bed only. Prices very reasonable in the centre of Ballina. Friendly and nice staff. Good check out time of 12 o clock. Nice and clean bedroom and very generous tea, coffee and biscuit supply in the room. Shower not great... More

I have just returned from spending a weekend in this hotel & I couldn't wait to review it. We travelled here to meet with family from all over Ireland & the UK. We had a ball! We stayed in one of the deluxe rooms & it was perfect, well worth paying a little extra for. The room was spotless, elegant,... More

This is an old hotel with the word 'charming' attached to it. The rooms are small. It is in a good location right in the middle of town where you can walk to a shop or a pub. The food is good. The TV didn't work at all, there is no AC, and the wifi was not dependable. If you... More

Traveled to the Ballina Manor for a three night special. I had booked a twin room as there was no double availability on the Friday night. When I rang the day before arrival to book our evening meal times I asked if one had become available, it hadn't so I said there was no problem. Check in was swift and... More
