Although we stayed only one night we had a wonderful stay at Belvedere House. It is perfectly situated, comfortable, and clean. We received a very warm welcome and great breakfast. Would highly recommend the Belvedere House.

Mary and Tom were the perfect hosts and very welcoming. Even Tom gave us a lift to our wedding venue - The Mount Falcon. The room was spotless and a lovely breakfast. A lovely homely find and would highly recommend.

During my Ireland-trip, i spent one night at the Belvedere House. Mrs Reilly is a nice host, very attentive and friendly. She has good ideas on where to have dinner, what to see in Ballina and on your whole trip in Ireland. The room was great, the bathroom big. The breakfast was good. The location is great, a 15-minutes-walk away...

As we were short of time we could only stay one night at Belvedere House. Both Mary and Tom were the most gracious and friendly hosts one could wish for. Our room was classily decorated and our bed very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Best wishes to both Mary and Tom

Mary and Tom were exceptional hosts with a warm welcome, good advice on local things to do and places to eat and a great breakfast to start the day off with. The house was homily and clean, the bedrooms spacious and spotless, I would recommend end this home...

We visit Ballina 2 or 3 times a year for the fishing and for the last 6 times we have stayed at Belvedere which is run by a lovely couple Mary and Tom for whom nothing is too much trouble. We have a 4 hour drive up from Co. Wexford and usually arrive about 11am whereupon Mary lets us unpack...

The rooms were spotless and very comfortable but the breakfast was nothing special as compared with the many others we stayed with throughout our four weeks. The GPS coordinates were way off (the only time we experienced this in our entire stay) and took us in a completely different direction from the confusing to navigate town of Ballina. then, the...
