Erne Manor is a luxurious B&B located in the countryside 3.5km from Ballyshannon (Co. Donegal) and 3 km from Belleek (Co.Fermanagh) We can accommodate a maximum of 9 people. On ground level you will find a open Kitchen, living room with flat screen 40" cable TV and a dining area. 2 Double ensuite bedrooms, 1 King room and a separate bathroom that has a walk in rain shower. A Utility room with washer and a back door toilet area. Upstairs there is 1 Superking room (Superking bed and Single bed). A Separate Bathroom with a free standing bath tub and a shower. On this level there is also a 2nd sitting room/ lounge area where there is a full size pool table. A 50" flat screen TV . Outside there is a play area with a large garden. You'll find us in a quiet country environment situated along the stunning & infamous Wild Atlantic Way.

Absolutely amazing stay throughout - Catherine is an excellent host who went out of her way to accommodate us in any way she could. Entire house is spotlessly clean. Rooms were beautifully laid out, beds were very comfortable and en suite was clean and tidy. Food was delicious, Catherine will make whatever breakfast you ask for with no hassle. Fresh baked goods daily and tea/coffee making facilities all day. Quiet, clean outside area with little traffic to ensure a good night's sleep. Secure and safe area. You feel very much at home, Catherine will always have a chat with you and make you feel very welcome and relaxed. Came up for the Sea Sessions festival - Catherine gave us no time curfew which allowed us to enjoy the festival on our own time, and differed to some b&bs/hotels that give a time to be in by, and helped us to enjoy the festival. Was also very helpful with recommending taxi services, restaurants etc. Really enjoyed our stay - no faults whatsoever with the service standard, and will most definitely be back!

We arrived at Erne manor for our 4 night stay .. 2 adults 2 kids aged 3 and 5.. It was a fantastic stay the kids loved the play room especially the pool table. Catherine is a real lady and loves having guests.. Nothing was a bother for her. Would highly recommend Erne manor..

This is not your average B&B-- much more than average. Rooms were big, clean and bed very comfy. Catherine was the perfect host, who bakes amazing muffins and super delicious breakfasts. I did have to go across the hall to my private bath, but was told about it on the phone while making the reservation. This is one B&B I will return to if I'm back in the area. Actually, I would make sure it's on my route!

Stay here during my 3 weeks of training for work, the place is fantastic and Catherine is brilliant, goes out of her way to help you. If your looking for a quiet place just outside the town then you wont find a better place than here.

This bed and breakfast is a true example of how all B & B 's should be !!!.
The house is a luxury modern property, warm spacious and very homely. Catherine opens her home to visitors in such a friendly manner. Every effort is made to make you comfortable and welcome.
The bedrooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. There is a breakfast room come living room up stairs with a lovely solid fuel stove, large cosy seatee.
No request is too much for Catherine and she has given lifts into town on occassion.
You will need a car but the tranquilty of the location is worth it.
Keep up the good work.

We loved staying with Catherine! Her home is so welcoming and warm. We were greeted by Hennessy and Tilly first thing and felt right at home. Catherine is a delight, and her home is just what we were looking for. Very clean, comfortable, plenty of hot water and a great shower!! Her breakfast was perfect. The best thing is her personality. She is a fun loving lady who loves her country and will make sure you do as well. We will go out of our way to stay at Erne Manor next time we're in Ireland. Thanks, Catherine!

My wife and I stayed two days at Erne Manor during our trip to the West of Ireland and the Wild Atlantic Way. We were greeted by Catherine, the warmest of welcomes and she made us feel very much at home. Catherine knows the area very well and was able to recommend places to visit and most importantly where best to eat in the evening (The Gas Light restaurant is a must). The accommodation is top class and you can see the amount of detail/thought that has been given to making this one of the best B & B's we have stayed in during our visit to Ireland. Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated rooms (Roll to bath) and of course not to be missed is Catherine's 'Full Irish fry-up' for breakfast. Perfectly situated if you are interested in anything along the Midwest coast Sligo to Donegal town. Cant recommend Erne Manor and Catherine highly enough, stay here or you will have missed a treat. We will definitely be returning.

I stayed with Catherine at Erne Manor the night before our Wedding with my parents and bridesmaids in Aug- Catherine is the perfect host!
Having family stay at Erne Manor several times before when we decided to get married in my partners hometown there really was no other place I wanted to get ready for my Wedding! Catherine's house is beautiful, the rooms and bathrooms are lovely, breakfast soo tasty, the views and stunning and the Catherine is such a lovely person and really is the perfect host! The children are also made to feel so welcome!
On the run up the wedding she could not have helped more recommending companies and giving me ideas!
The morning of the Wedding could not have gone smoother and this was mainly due to Catherine- she even laid out the red carpet!!!
We would not hesitate to recommend this b&b- it feels like a home from home!

Catherine runs a very efficient operation at her B&B. She is quite personable and is a master at preparing breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The B&B is very close to Ballyshannon and the rest of the sights of County Donegal. I spent 11 days there and enjoyed everyone of them.

You can take a bus from Belfast to Enniskillen. Change over and bus from Enniskillen to Belleek. Belleek pottery is around the corner from the bus station.
Or hire a car! Great way to see the countryside.
