Thank you for your recent review, Trip Advisor is an excellent forum for customers to give constructive criticism and is also great for the business owner who has the opportunity to reply to such reviews. For the last 20 years the hotel has only opened at weekends from October to May unless on a Bank Holiday where we gladly open...

Dear John S, With regard to your recent review about a telephone conversation, I would like to clear up a few things, with you as you are misleading future guests with false information. Had the opportunity to experience a country music night as part of a family outing and totally enjoyed the somewhat different experience... the hotel only opens at the weekends in the winter season. I found the hotel to be a solid 3* experience, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, a great babysitting service and an upgrade to a sea...

I stayed here as part of a group going to the Paul Kelly dance on the 29th December. I know Bundoran well however I had never stayed here before. The rooms were more modern than I expected and had everything you would need, including a good sized TV. The shower was also very good. We did not have dinner in...
