Stayed here for one night on business & check in was great even though the front door/ arrival area floor had not been cleaned it was disgusting! I had requested a quiet room away from lifts etc but was given the 1st room through the fire doors beside the lift & the hotel was not even at all busy!! Room...

Stayed in the houses behind Diamond Coast (private rentals) but we had access to the kids club and many facilities of the hotel, bar food, restaurant, sports pitches. I have two kids and they were never bored meeting lots of other kids for impromptu games of football. Enniscrone a great destination with the beach, golf, many restaurants and the ice...

I stayed with my two young kids for four nights over the Easter weekend. The service was 5 star and rarely matched anywhere. The staff were on a different level and when you stay in young kids in a hotel (and I do very regularly) it is the most important thing. The Easter party they put on was just first...

Stayed with family over Easter weekend. When booking was told we would have an extra bed put in room as we are a family of 5. I was a little bit anxious that it would be squashed but I needn't have worried as they could have put in a couple of extra beds with room to spare. Ate in restaurant...

Just home from another fantastic weekend at the diamond coast hotel. We were delighted to take part in the annual hunt for the Easter bunny... amazingly well put together. As always the hotel was immaculate, food tremendous and staff efficient and friendly. Superb value for money and we look forward to our next trip over in August.

Checked in last Thursday night and got a sensational deal. B&B dinner plus tea and scones on arrival e99 beat that ! This place prides itself on being 4 star and compared to some other establishments in the area, it is. Built during the boom its BIG and brash with all the trimmings. When we checked in it was very...

I stayed in this hotel for one night it is a friendly hotel but hotel room was very dusty I didn't sleep at all as it really affected my asthma. I think this hotel had potential but was very disappointed with the dusty bed and carpet.

I visited this hotel today with my family and the level of service we received is nothing short of appalling. People management is non existent and it's a wonder the place is running at all. We sat for 45 mins before being served then we were asked to go to carvery for certain things in the menu WTF? I'm in...
