A small, basic room at amazing value, with everything you need to rest your head. It is clean with a very comfortable ensuite room right in the heart of Kinsale. The hot chocolate downstairs in the cafe has to be tried to be believed. Highly recommend.

Jo's is right on a main street, but that's not a problem since the street quiets down at about 10. Our room was cheap and clean. The bathroom was tight. I'm 5'4" and had to sit sidewise on the toilet. But we had coffee in the cafe and brought desert and pastries back to our room. Slept great!

We tried Jo's rooms after reading Rick Steves book. I'm sure Rick hasn't seen the place. It was cheap, just 45e but at this we considered it overpriced. The shower had mold on the ceiling and the toilet didn't allow room for legs to sit and we aren't big people. The bathroom door didn't fit so didn't close. We booked...

Stayed one night in room 1. Everything was clean and bright. The room is small but very charming and the large windows overlook the quaint rooftops of Kinsale. The best part was waking up in the overwhelming smells of fresh baked goods. We left the window open and the room filled with smells of cinnamon and chocolate. The cafe downstairs...

Recently got take away hot chocolates and croissants from Jo's. They were excellent as usual. The hot chocolate is made using real chocolate so it's beautifully rich and creamy. The cakes are all homemade and the scones look amazing. It's Would highly recommend treating yourself to one!

We were happy with Jo's Rooms. I was traveling with my teenage son and daughter; Jo gave us two cheerful, clean rooms for a great price, each with a private bath. The location was an easy walk to the town center. Also we enjoyed excellent coffee and breakfast downstairs at Jo's. My only complaint is that I had a hard...

The rooms are bright, extremely clean and spacious for a great rate. I had breakfast in the cafe every morning and it was fantastic! The best scones I have ever had. The owner is very kind and hospitable. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to kinsale.

What a treat and in a lovely town that my friend and I stumbled on at the tail end of our visit in Ireland. Jo was a gracious hostess with our late arrival. The cafe has delicious pastries and good coffee. All of this at an affordable price. I so look forward to a return visit.

Jo's Café and Rooms are fabulous. Downstairs, you can easily eat your way through the bakery counter as everything is spot on delicious! The scones are to die for. Love the white chocolate raspberry ones! On my last day in Kinsale tried the raspberry one on its own and that was great too! The cinnamon buns are fantastic. Really gooey....
