We've eaten here many many times over the past 6 years and have brought friends from overseas to enjoy the ambience, good food, friendly staff in a great location. Sadly our latest visit was very disappointing as the whole experience was marred by the lack of service, lack of friendly staff. If it had been busy I wouldn't have been...

Thanks for your feedback as this is how we can develop and improve standards. I am obviously very disappointed to read this as I take our standard of food and service very seriously. Thank you for your custom recently and in the past and it is extremely disappointing to hear on this occasion you visited you felt we did not...

Stayed here recently for a night with my fiancee. Great location in the centre of the town and walking distance to everything. Hotel is old style and comfy, nice to see compared to a lot of hotels now which are competing to see who can be most modern. Staff in the restaurant particularly great, giving me a desert on the...

I stayed in January, and was so Impressed, I returned with friends in February. The welcoming staff is courteous and efficient. The rooms are very clean, the beds comfortable and the hot shower was the best I have had in the past year in Ireland! We dined for dinner in bar and the food was excellent. Sea bass, steak, Asian...

Perfect place to stay while in Kinsale! Has everything that you would need/want! Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are very comfortable and well equipped and the adjoining bare is great! Had a great time in the bar area listening to some live music! Has a great atmosphere throughout the hotel! Would recommend!

Stayed here at the end of January 2017. The staff were all so lovely, friendly and helpful. We had dinner and breakfast the following morning. We tried Oysters from the extensive oyster menu; they were fabulous. I had Cannelloni from the dinner menu which was just the right size and very tasty. The three egg omelete that I had for...

I've stayed at the Blue Haven a few times now. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and the bar and bistro are fantastic. I travel a lot with work and their breakfasts are up there with the best. The location is unbeatable too, situated right in the center of the town.

I am talking about the restaurant. Great place for having an amazing dinner. The cheesecake and ice cream selection are amazing. Great spot to go in Kinsale, no doubt about it. Also they have a pub and a good band in the weekends.

If you want a nights sleep - DO NOT stay here. Having been woken at 2am and kept awake for over an hour the night porter had a word with our fellow guests. Eventually all was quiet. The hotel then kindly moved our room the following night however at 1.30am we were woken again by other hotel guests. We fully...
