Well situated in the town centre but hard to find and no parking anywhere. Rooms were small, and the en-suites were designed for midgets! However, don't let this put you off. It was clean and tidy. Some misunderstanding on the website and booking details - they do not do breakfast though it is advertised as doing so.

We stayed here last weekend as we were attending a hen party the room was small but we weren't expecting it to be any bigger really. It was clean and exactly what we needed. There was free wifi aswell which I didn't need to use but can be handy for people. The lady who checked me in was lovely and...

the bedrooms were lovely and we had a good nights sleep and great l;ocation but I see some people saying they had a lovely breakfast but we were told by the cleaning lady we had to go next door to the cafe if we wanted breakfast which we had to pay for ourselves

Excellent value bed and breakfast on the quay in Kinsale! Room clean and tidy! Breakfast simply a classic Irish breakfast and cooked to perfection! Staff friendly and helpful! Cost very reasonable! Highly recommended.

My husband and I stayed for only one night, wishing we could have stayed for longer. Location is perfect right in the heart if Kinsale you have a variety of restaurants and pubs just outside the Guesthouse. Staff were so friendly and very helpful, I had an issue with my phone and they went far and beyond to help me....

Stayed in a room at front of building. Not too much noise that night but very noisy in morn. You can here everyone walking around, doors etc. Id get over that but it was the smell of deep fat fryers first thing that I wont forget. It was nauseating. Had to leave the room at about 9 as the smell...

A real nice town and you'll be in heart of it. Fun fun fun but quiet too. Great window shopping if you arrive later in the evening. There is no elevator it's just a small place but the gentleman helped me carry the luggage up. "The husband" LOl ...he went to get the car from a parking lot. It took...

Stayed here based on reviews. I have read other reviews on here before writing my review and was surprised by the comments. Our room was nice and we didnt get any street noise because we were in a room toward the back of the building. We did get noise from either people above us or in the building that butted...

Based on the pictures we achieved something much nicer but this is more like a private room hostel. Floors are sticky and it's right by loud bars. Room was clean and had the basics but be prepared for the bare minimum and uncomfortable beds that you can feel the springs. If you just want the basics then this is your...

Ok.. So the rooms are small. But they are clean, comfortable and well maintained. Tierneys Guest house is slap bang in the middle of Kinsale, surrounded by fine eating establishments, wine bars & pubs. (No need for taxi's here...). Tierneys do not provide breakfast, but are located besides the best breakfast café in Ireland (The Lemon Leaf if I recall...
