Really lovely B&B on the edge of Adare. Florence is the perefect host, there was coffee on arrival, the most amazing breakfast (the best scrambled eggs I have ever had) and great recommendations for what to do in town. I will definitely stay again.

My recent fiancée and I stayed at the Coatesland House for two nights at the end of our trip. As soon as we arrived, Florence checked us in and made us feel at home. The room was extremely clean, water pressure was good (this is a small town, so expect it to not be as strong as larger cities), beds...

Therefore, we were very early for our stay and our room was not yet ready. Florence invited us to come on in anyway and to wait in her family room...

We especially enjoyed the beautiful dining room and greatly appreciated the cheerful, efficient service of her dining room assistant. Additionally,...
