We cannot say enough about the Coatesland! We were only able to stay for three days - but could have stayed our entire trip! Florence and Clare were so incredibly sweet and accommodating. We felt welcomed from the moment we stepped in the door. The house is cozy and Florence has gone out of her way to add little touches...

Myself and a buddy had the pleasure of traveling around Ireland last week, staying in different B&B's along the way. Coatesland House was easily our favorite. Florence was a great host. She had been doing this for years and it showed! The house, bedroom, and bathrooms were incredibly clean and well stocked with the basic amenities. She also provided each...

My husband and I stayed with Florence for one night in late September. we had a great welcome with advice as to where to eat which was also first class. Our room was very nice comfortable bed and very clean bathroom, I had hurt my knee earlier in the day and Florence brought me an ice pack which helped greatly,...

Very good B and B. The host is just lovely and welcoming. You feel like you are visiting your beloved grandmother. The accommodation is nearly perfect. The residents lounge is wonderful and the breakfast room and the parking lot also!! The room just has minor issues (blanket was not good) and the breakfast could improve a little (quality is good...

We had a wonderful experience at Coatesland, literally from the moment of booking to the getting on the bus to leave Adare. We were going to Adare for a wedding, and needed to get into our room a little earlier than normal check in time to get changed, as we were coming straight from the airport. We emailed Florence and...

Me and my friend didn't know that it's not seen as polite to ring the bell on B&Bs after 20.00 pm. At 11.30 pm we arrived here, no booking ahead. Florence was just about to go to bed, but still she let us in - with a big smile. A lovely, warm and welcoming woman. The accomodation was more than...

We had a wonderful experience staying in Adare at the Coatesland House. Everything was just as we expected it from the internet, and Florence the hostess was so very warm and welcoming. She gave advice for our evening, and seemed genuinely to care that our stay was satisfactory. Breakfast in the morning was in the sunny back "porch", with lavish...
