We stayed two nights at the Sharamore House B&B while we visited Clifden and the surrounding area. The innkeepers were super friendly. Breakfast was made to order and was delicious. The inn is located a couple miles outside of Clifden but offers scenic views of the bay. Our room was pretty spacious and was very clean (it was a corner...

This B&B is about 10 minutes out of town by car. When we arrived we were promptly shown our clean and comfortable rooms, given room keys and informed that the front door was always open. The countryside location assured a blissful sleep in total silence. Wifi worked well. In the morning we came down to breakfast - and they had...

The place is just Fantastic. In fact , I would say Sharamore is the Best B&B we have stayed in , across Ireland. We stayed for 2 nights. The room was absolutely beautiful, clean and the view outside was amazing. To top it all, the owners of the B&B were very friendly. Sue was really helpful in suggesting the Routes...

We were travelling with our two teens and had booked two separate rooms. Sue was friendly and welcoming, providing recommendations for eating. The rooms were simple, but had everything we needed. A desk at laptop height would have been nice as I like to upload photos each day I travel. (She thought that was a great idea when I suggested...

Stayed here in July 2015. Quite simply the best B&B I've ever stayed at. Large rooms, very large beds, sensational breakfast. Great, free wi-fi. A tiny bit "rustic" but very clean and tidy and this helps it blend in with the forested surroundings. The staff are very friendly and make you feel very relaxed and at home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS...

Sue was there to give us a friendly greeting on arrival. She showed us our lovely, cozy, clean, room, with a good shower, plenty of towels, and comfortable bed. The room was not one of the ones with the "great view" - Sue asked if I had received her email about that - but the view was still quite pleasant. She...

Right away you are welcomed and made to feel at home. You feel more like you are staying with family or friends. Sue makes the best breakfast. I told her she really needs her own restaurant to show off her amazing culinary skills. Best pancakes anywhere!! Very comfortable room and a relaxing location. Another lovely break with John and Sue and really lucky with the weather which makes all the difference. We had a great day out on the boat, John gave us a guided tour of Inishturk in beautiful weather. His knowledge of the wildlife and the history of this wonderful island made it a great day out. Minke whale and dolphins...
