It's been nearly a month travelling around Ireland and we found this establishment the best so far. In terms of comfort, friendliness, breakfasts and quiet location it is superb! Don't miss it!! The hiatus helpful and generous spirited in a true Irish way. We enjoyed it so much we extended our visit.

Atlantic View is located on the coast road north of Clifden and around 2 miles out of town. The views are superb, the hospitality great, the breakfasts set you up for the day and cover all tastes. Scrambled egg with poached salmon was my favourite! Good parking and a very friendly host. Highly recommended.

The welcome, comfort and breakfast were excellent in every way. Our only regret was that we weren't staying for longer than one night. If you're looking for a great accommodation and convenient location then this is the best bed and breakfast for you.

This one's a gem -- everything you would want in the B&B experience. Rooms are very clean, cosy, comfortable -- wonderful showers with extra amenities. Lovely Irish breakfast. Margaret will accommodate whatever your needs might be and she'll make sure you'll have a laugh or two as well. We stayed with her for 5 nights -- wish we could've booked...

A nice little place, great comfortable beds and good breakfast. Our hostess, Margaret was so friendly, like staying with family. We had some. Car problems and she did everything she could to help us out. Her home is right by the beautiful Sky Road and Just a short ride into Clifden.

We have stayed at several dozen BnBs in our travels, and this one wins the prize for Most Immaculate. Coupled with the Irish candor, humor and charm of Margaret, and the wealth of information from her daughter "Sue / Susie / Susan", this was a tough place to leave after only 2 nights . Wonderful room, close proximity to the...

We stayed 6 days at Atlantic View B&B and used it as our home base while traveling all over Connemara. The comfortable accommodations and tasty breakfasts made it a welcome respite after our active days! It was also conveniently located to Connemara attractions and downtown Clifden, but still afforded us the country Irish feel we were looking for. The owner...

We stayed at the Atlantic View for just one night near the end of our trip and found it to be a true delight. Great views and location near Clifden and the National Park but the real treat was getting to interact with Margaret and her daughter. They are lovely examples of the Irish personality; funny, chatty, smiley, and gracious....

My husband and I went for two days here and we both thought it was amazing. The women who ran it was an absolute lady and looked after us so well. The whole house and rooms were spotless. The breakfast was lovely and the we loved sitting in the dining room each morning looking out an amazing view. We were...

It's very difficult to select our best stay in Ireland between this charming b&b some two kilometers from the town center of Clifden on N59 to the Connemara National Park and another structure where we stood afterwards. The location itself is really charming , the building is really a “home” and Mrs. Margaret will let you feel that way. I...
