A beautiful building in a stunning location, comfortable bed and lovely room.Friendly host but a very poor choice of breakfast-no cereal and the pancakes were shop bought.Found the rules and regulations put up everywhere more suited to a seaside B and B.

Stayed here for 1 night and regretted not being able to stay longer. The location is simply magical, the house amazing, the welcome warm and authentic. My room was superb and the highlight had to be a great sleep in a deliciously comfortable bed (after a long walk on the Sky Road loop). Clifden is about 5km away where there...

Warm welcome by the lovely lady who is very friendly and helpful! We slept very well and the breakfast was delicious, perfect start of our day! Awesome roomview on the water and beautiful sunset (we even saw a rainbow). Only the shower was a little bit small and the water flow rate was not that much.

Given great reviews on Tripadvisor and travel guides, our expectations were high. View is indeed very nice but the room was smelly, dusty and humid. Water (apparently coming from the lakes) is yellowish (but apparently pure) and does not invite for a shower. Breakfast was very good and hostess was friendly. This however doesn't counterbalance the room.

My husband and I brought my mom to Ireland for her birthday. My husband had been to Ireland before but this was the first time for my mom & I. Upon arrival to the Waterfront Rest B&B we were greeted warmly by Lydie. She then took us to our room which we found to be clean, cozy, and comfortable after...

Lovely place to stay! The view is so beautiful and the Skyroad is absolutely worth of driving, even a few times. We stayed here for one night and the room was with sea view, very nice and very clean. The bathroom is spacious and everything was really nice. You can choose your breakfast either Irish or continental and it is...

My family and I have been travelling with our friends from the USA around Ireland. Today we travelled to Achill Island and stayed for a while at the amazing Keem Beach! We had book in with the Waterfront Rest B&B for one night! I called the lady, (not local) and told her we would arrive around 8.20/30pm. The lady very...

After 5 weeks spent in B&B's everywhere in beautiful Ireland we can call ourselves experts on the matter. This b&b has only two assets: a friendly hostess and a beautiful situation. But we experienced no real generosity. Breakfast was the poorest up till now (cheap products and small quantities; you have to make a choice between 'Irish' (with eggs) and...

This property is located in an idyllic situation with magnificent views, but it is quite remote and not readily accessible to shops and refreshments. The bedrooms are very small with no tv, and an equally small ensuite The water in the taps was a dirty brown colour but we were supplied with a small quantity of bottled water. It appeared to have...
