Cathy and John, the owners, were very helpful and welcoming the rooms are new very clean and specious. Breakfast was very good. The location is ten minutes drive from clifden in narrow road but the views compensate for that. This place is Highly recommended.

Kathy and John are the warm and welcoming owners of Ardmore House B and B located on the lower Skyroad and a short ride into the town of Clifden. After greeting us after we arrived we were taken to our large and lovely bedroom with the best bathroom in any B and B we've ever stayed in. There was even...

This is a top class b&b. Immaculate, quality food and service. On coming back with a nasty hiking injury Kathy took me to her daughters house for an Epson salt bath (our room didn't have a bath and all rooms were fully booked) Now that's irish hostility at its best! Can't recommend Ardmore enough! Thanks Kathy and hubby and daughter!!

We just returned from our vacation in Ireland. Over the ten days we stayed at a few different B&B's, but the Ardmore House was by far our favorite. We were graciously greeted by Kathy who was so friendly and helpful. She made us feel right at home. This feeling of being at home was felt throughout our three day stay...

A place with great views over the sky road and with a wonderful cliff walk. We couldn't had asked for more of this short stay, the warm welcome, the big comfortable rooms and a good breakfast was just what we needed. I strongly recommend this place for anyone whom would like to explore this part of Ireland by bike. We...

This has to be one of the most beautiful B&Bs in all of Ireland. We really enjoyed the location, which was a welcome break from staying in the city centre. Our massive room boasted a king size bed, full bathtub, small seating area, good wifi and was extremely clean. The owners were extremely friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was fabulous......

A perfect place to stay in Connemara! Clean and comfortable with perfect service and amenities. Our hosts were wonderful, and we loved the magnificent views, easy access to gorgeous cliffs nearby, and beautiful walks along Sky Road.

My son and I stayed one night. As we checked in, we were met by Kathy who was very warm and genuine. She inquired about our trip and said when we ready, she could make suggestions for the one day we had dedicated to the Clifden area. She also provides options for dinner and where to find music. Their private...

We stayed here for a night and I must say we were so impressed with our stay. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated and absolutely spot loss. The bathroom was spacious and again spot loss. Our hosts were so kind and friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was first class. Pancakes were homemade and delicious. Our hosts gave us great advice...

Booked 2 nights for July, and it didn't take long to realize I made the right choice. Having the room at the front of the house on the ground floor was excellent. The view out the front of the manicured lawn and the hillside was a nice sight each morning. The bed was quite comfortable, the bathroom the best in...
