What a great find. Just off the centre of town, as in 50 yards round the corner and you fall into the 1st of many very very friendly hostelries. Ben View was and Eileen , accompanied by Desmond at Breakfasts where the perfect hosts and always making sure there was nothing wanting. Our room, top floor was quiet and and...

Eileen was an amazing host. Everything at Ben View is top notch! Great location. The accommodation was perfect. I can not even begin to tell how over the top the breakfast was prepared. Eileen has a special touch! I hope to return to Ben View as so many of her guests do come again and again and stay much longer...

Stayed here for the start and the end of the Clifden arts week. We received a genuinely warm welcome from Des and Eileen. They both excel in ensuring that all their guests are made to feel fully at home and the breakfast served in their 'olde worlde' dining room, fitted in with the Clifden arts week theme, being a work...

Owners are very friendly and helpful. Perfect place in the center of town. Breakfast is fantastic! Rooms are large and comfortable. One of the best B&B's we stayed in on our road trip in Ireland. We will go back again

Had a one-night stay at the end of a busy week touring around. The welcome you'll get here is first class and you absolutely feel like a guest in someone's house. The place was clean and the bed comfy which are the two most important things for us! I would have liked the room to be a little less hot,...

We stayed here for one night on our road trip along the wild Atlantic way. Great location, only round the corner from the bars and restaurants. Although there is no onsite parking you can park on the road outside the accommodation and we only had to put 2 euro in the metre for our stay. The room was large and...

Excellent location, you see it as soon as you enter the town. Des and Eileen make you feel right at home. The room we had was very comfortable with a modern bathroom. The Irish breakfast is outstanding. The town is very walkable and has excellent restaurants and shops. Clifden is one of my favorites in Ireland. Ben View is the...

We stayed for 2 nights and were warmly greeted by the hosts and could even choose our room - which was very quiet facing the garden. The decor feels like you are visiting your auntie but that really makes you feel like you are visiting a part of your family. Eileen is an artist in the kitchen and hence the...
