One of the best hostels I have ever been to - and I have been to a lot! Very good prices; nice and clean rooms and bathrooms; good breakfast; nice living room with TV, a huge amount of books and cosy armchairs. The local pub and tearoom are just opposite and the beach is close. But the best - no...

Stayed here with my family for three nights. Absolutely lovely people! Conn and Chris could not have been more welcoming. Kitchen and bathrooms were spotless! There was breakfast there in the morning (cereal, toast, tea/coffee). Good location, five minute drive away from Rossbeigh beach. Rooms were basic, but again very clean. There was a lovely sitting room, full of books....

We had a double bed room with a bathroom with shower. The room was big enoguh, pretty clean, the bed comfortable, sheets and towels clean and fresh. Unfortunately lack of ventilation revealed - after the first shower - lots of mold on the walls of the bathroom which were so white when we arrived. Available breakfast was ok (coffee, milk,...

Good location to visit the bay and the Ring of kerry. Gleinbeigh is a very small village but quiet and has got very good pubs! Unfortunately we stayed at the Sleepy Camel only one night ! The room was really excellent: large, comfortable, bright, large and very clean bathroom. the staff was definitely kind and helpful. You can have free...

Stayed in this hostel for two nights while walking the Kerry way. Very comfortable with big communal living room dining room and kitchen. The young lad in reception Chris was really good at his job and made us feel right at home. This is good old fashioned Irish hospitality at its best. I definitely recommend this hostel.

I stayed at the sleepy camel for just one night with my brother and another friend of ours. We were really pleased with the welcome from all the staff- they were so friendly and helpful. Good facilities in terms of room (we had a triple bed private room), parking, wifi (unfortunately didn't stretch to our room as it is the...

Friendly staff, loved the place. Room was comfortable. Had a bit of locking problem with the shared shower door, but this was quickly fixed. Really great for kids. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking.

There is a kitchen in the hostel and also a breakfast is included in the price. The location is very good, you can drive from Glenbeigh through the Ring of Kerry or it is...

I was surprised at the high quality of this accommodation-easily the best hostel I have used on a number of trips to Ireland. I was walking the Kerry Way this July and stayed for an extra day in Glenbeigh. Owner Conn and his son in law Chris really helpful and friendly. The place is spacious very clean and facilities are...

All you need for a weekend break. Nice staff, great kitchen, nice garden. Breakfast included, good atmosphere in the evenings guaranteed. Easy to find,by the main road but not noisy at all. Glenbeigh is wonderful. Will definitely go back there if in Glenbeigh again.
