Stayed here for a night with some friends after playing The Dooks Golf club , and we could not have had a better place to stay . We came in from a cold days golf in October to a lovely warm room , which is spotlessly clean . Spotless bathroom with power showers and a heated towel rack was very much welcomed .
Breakfast the next morning was the obligatory full Irish and it was one of the best I have ever had.
On a side note , the couple who run it accomadated us with a change in our booking at short notice , so it's definitely 5 stars from all of us .

This B&B is really well located for a tour in Ring of Kerry and at a walking distance of the exceptional Rossbeigh beach where you can have a fantastic walk and swim ! The rooms are comfortable for a reasonable price. The breakfast is cooked on order and very typical. We had a great stay there and I would for sure recommend it !

I stayed here with a few friends and would highly recommend. Brenda and family were so lovely, house was spotless and the waves crashing when sleeping is amazing. Breakfasts were fantastic and the location is spot on! Definately will be taking a trip back to this majestic spot!

as i received a phone call from the owner telling me that my review was unfair. I will explain in more details why i gave such a bad review. I confirm that I DID NOT stay in the bnb and therefore CANNOT judge at all the cleanliness, if it is confortable etc...

I gave a bad review solely for the fact that we booked through booking.com and when we arrived at the bnb the room was given to someone else. I can only guess that either the owner did not know that the room was already booked via booking.com or that the room was already booked by that other client but it was never told to booking.com and therefore they double book the place.

We drove a long time to go there and arrived with no more batteries on our phones, only to hear that we cannot get the room that was booked as someone else is using it.
The owner nicely offer to contact 2 other bnbs that were also full. At that point we were so tired of it all that we just said that it was fine and left as the owner kept being apologetic of the situation but was not finding a solution for us (i.e. not contacting anymore hotel/bnb for us). I was also upset knowing that owner had rooms available that she was not renting due to covid 19 in order to keep social distance. She could have given us a room and tell us to not get the breakfast with all other guests and to not use the common area. But no, again she chose to left us with no place to stay.

so basically, our options were either to sleep in our car or to go back home late at night. so this is why i gave a bad review, double booking a room can happen to anyone. However, letting your guest with no option as to where to sleep is not.
once again, this place is probably really clean and lovely when you actually have the opportunity to stay there. I am only rating the service provided in relation to handling a double booking. i am really happy that we did not have kids with us that night.

We stayed in Rossbeigh Beach House B&B and would like to compliment Brenda and Michael.
Our room was comfortable, spotless and with the added bonus of a view of the Athlantic Ocean.
The breakfast was delicious and the selection fantastic.
Added bonus of having access to the dining room for tea/ coffee and biscuits throughout the day.
Looking forward to returning thank you Brenda best wishes Brigid, Aidan and Peter.

Rossbeigh Beach House B&B is absolutely the best I have stayed in. It overlooks the beach and is situated just slightly up the hill from the beach. Hosts,Brenda & Michael were very welcoming and even made us a fresh pot of tea accompanied by freshly made scones and jam!
The rooms are immaculate- the hotel inspector should visit this establishment to see what a true B&B should be. Brenda made sure that we weren't going to be ripped off by our driver for the upcoming day trip around the Ring of Kerry which was great to know.
Pub around corner if needed- not the best I have been to but handy.

Fantastic view, the room was bright and very clean the owners were a pleasure. Also we got a room only special price great value for money for a Saturday night in the summer. The outside patio area was fantastic for resting and lots of tea/coffee/herbal teas available, they even went to the trouble of providing us with biscuits and chocolate bars.

This has to be one of the best B&B's that I have ever stayed in. From the welcome upon arrival to the goodbye's on the last day, it really was a pleasure to stay at Rossbeigh Beach House B&B. The views were just breathtaking and the hospitality from morning till night was just amazing to say the least. The breakfast was really nice and it was served in the spacious conservatory that looks out on the atlantic ocean. Brenda, Mick and family are really lovely people and I would have no hesitations recommending same.

Our large family was touring Southern Ireland on vacation and stayed with Michael, Brenda, and family at the Beach House for one night. The only regret was that we were only able to stay one night as our itinerary dictated us moving on. When you stay at the Rossbeigh Beach House B&B, you are treated as family. The service was incredible, personable, and everything that one would hope to receive at a B&B. Breakfast was fantastic and we were truly saddened to move onto our next destination.
My wife and I promise to come back for a longer stay in the future.

Hi, do you know if there is a washer and dryer at the guest cottages?

That's a really good question! I'm not sure - but the B&B is connected to the owner's house. I'm sure if you email them they'll let you know for sure.

Yes it is. Takes about ten to fifteen minutes. The people than run the stables are really nice especially the owner. May seem expensivr but its worth it. Good luck and enjoy
