This hotel is very well located for a short break being adjacent to the excellent Heritage Museum & train station. Dinner was of a very high standard - dining room was busy with a mix of locals & visitors. All staff were very pleasant. The only negative comment we would make was that the reception area looked disorganised & is...

From the moment we booked it til the moment we left everything about this hotel stay was perfect. The staff is superior, the room was clean and had a lovely view, the breakfast was plentiful, hot and delicious (and made to order.) It was convenient, with parking and a 3 minute walk into the village. We will return again!

Small clean and friendly. Lovely room however would not recommend the rooms with balcony. Tug boat was moored right outside all the time. Couldn't enjoy the view! Evening meal was average however "hot breakfast" was cold and scrambled eggs like rubber. Returned it but replacement wasn't much better.
