Really lovely hotel. The hotel is quite small but is very cosy and warm throughout which was a lovely change from more typical hotel stays. We stayed here as a couple having purchased a deal on Living Social for an overnight stay with dinner included. The location was fantastic for exploring Cobh and the views from both our room and...

My wife and stayed for 5 days. Had a great room with cruise ships docking literally outside our window.. Good breakfasts, dinners were tasty. but the choice somewhat limited. It is very close to railway station for trips to Cork and is in the "heart of town". Walk to Cathedral is a bit strenuous for those of advancing years (we...

I and my wife planned to stay in Cobh for two days. So, we bought livingsocial coupon for two nights to stay in this hotel. This hotel looked like recently renewed one, as we felt the freshly painted smell in rooms. In the reception (Angela) has greeted us warmly at 1.30 PM (actually it should start at 3 pm, we...

My expectations of a 3 star hotel are at times not great and this has been reinforced in some places I have stayed. Not the WatersEdge Hotel though. This is a lovely place to stay, it is very well located on, as the name suggests the edge of a pier overlooking the harbour and only a few minutes walk from...

We went for a two night break and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were lovely, the rooms great and the location perfect. We had a wonderful ground floor room with sea view and a balcony. The evening meal which was part of our package was so good that we ate in the hotel on the second night. The hotel...

A lovely hotel with fantastic views, my daughter had booked afternoon tea for us as a birthday treat and I was not disappointed. We were giving a warm welcome in the restaurant and our table was ready, we were giving our glass of prosecco on arrival but also we were asked if we wanted our coffee as it was cold...

Just returned home from a fantastic stay in this hotel. We could not fault it. From the excellent value with beautiful views to the fantastic food and not to mention the high standard of customer service especially Aga at the front desk. Highly recommend and can't wait to visit again.

We stayed here over 10 years ago and loved it so much that we returned here again this trip. It is still a really lovely place to stay, great food and wonderfully helpful staff. The beauty of this accommodation is that it is on the water and the views from our room and the restaurant look out over the port.

Spent 2 nights here last week (November). It is such a lovely hotel with a very nice, friendly atmosphere. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Our room had a sea view but I would imagine that most of the rooms in the hotel have a sea view. The room was lovely and big. We ate in the hotel on...

I stayed here on a one night dinner, bed & breakfast break with my niece. The room was so spacious with a massive super kingsize bed. It was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the window left me breathless, it was so beautiful!! I am hard to cater for as I'm a gluten free vegan, but they...
