Really enjoyed our 2 night break in this hotel. Loved the room very clean and comfortable. Staff in bar and restaurant were great. The rooftop bar is fab a really lovely addition and loved happy hour cocktails. One drawback was that the spa was not complimentary to guests. €20 per 1.5hr isn't bad but when I booked into a hotel...

The reception was very welcoming. The hotel is modern. The room clean with nice bathroom. Modern black tiled bathroom. The region had an issue with contaminated water due to floods, and hotel provided bottled supplies of water...extra bottles if requested. The highlight is the dinner...specifically the steak! Medium rare rested well before and after. As good as gauchos in London....

Stayed here with my husband for 2 nights. Upon arrival we were given a warm welcome at the reception desk, we arrive half an hour before check in time - but we were allowed to check In anyway. We had afternoon tea booked for that same day, it was fabulous. Prosecco was lovely, we were offered additional servings of tea....

Myself & two friends stayed in the hotel for one night b&b, evening meal & spa treatment deal (Diamond package). The dinner menu was fab however there was a strong draft coming through the restaurant (from the front door I assume) which was very cold. However this is the ONLY criticism I could have! When we arrived for dinner the...

We had a lovely mud treatment in the rasul chamber followed by a half hour in the thermal suite. The facilities are fab! Afterwards we had some scones and tea. Such a...

Stayed for one night, mostly positives, staff very helpful, efficient and friendly, breakfast good and plentiful, rooms spacious and clean, only downside was the shower as it sprayed out over the top and soaked the whole bathroom. The rooftop bar is brilliant and Anthony and his partner were very good keeping up with the drink orders. I have stayed here before...
