Ardagh House was the perfect place to stay for our recent trip to Dublin. Mary and Billy could not have been more helpful in making suggestions for restaurants, trips etc. Breakfast was delicious with great choice from a very varied menu. Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable We would highly recommend Ardagh without reservation to anyone seeking a...

We were looking for somewhere to stay close to the city for a friend's birthday celebrations. This place is just outside the city center with great transport links. The owners were very helpful when we needed directions and even suggested some great places to eat. Had a great stay and if we need to stay in Dublin again, we'll definitely...

We had a deeply unpleasant experience with this hotel. They charged our credit card €100 in March 2016, for a reservation which had been cancelled five months previously, in October 2015. We were horrified to discover that they had retained our credit card details for all of this time, and made a charge months later. We would advise anyone who...

Stayed here for three nights. Friendly owners, the breakfast was good with a choice of cooked options. Room was fine. Convenient buses to city and airport. Much better value than anywhere in town and only a short bus ride away. Would be happy to stay here again. I had previously stayed here in October with my husband and we both loved it. The proprietors Mary and Willie could not be any more welcoming. The rooms are beautiful, the breakfasts are delicious and it is in a very central location. As I had to return alone in December, I was happy to stay here, it is a very...

Great family run B&B/Hotel (not sure of the difference) You are at the end of the number 14 bus route which runs into town in 20 minutes and close to Rathgar / Rathmines villages. Good points of the hotel include: - Irish breakfast - Friendly staff - Good location, if you don´t want to stay in the centre of Dublin...

I stumbled across this hidden treasure when recently looking for somewhere to stay for a weekend in Dublin. With Ardagh House I was not disappointed! From the minute of arrival till checking out you could not have asked for more. The owners Willie & Mary were very accommodating and could not do more to help you. Ardagh House is situated...
